  1.

I would think that Buffalo is pretty low on their radar as far as other teams are concerned.....they somehow hate the Jets with a passion ( 2 of my neighbors are hard core NE fans ).....the Bills are more like an after thought....or worse, some actually feel bad for us.....that's when you know you've hit rock bottom....

This is true to an extent but their disdain for the jets was birthed from the Rex Ryan Era as their HC and followed as he inexcusably became our HC (could argue it was due to the Mangini ratting them out for Spygate)

  2. I'd honestly take the trade offer on the table from KC and go from there.

27: Tre White, CB, LSU - Love the pick, scheme fit and value. Day 1 starter on the boundary, potential to be an NFL #1 CB.

44: DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame - Taking a punt on the final QB I think has the potential to start in the league. Coachable flaws and a scheme fit.

75: Chris Godwin, WR, Penn State - Boundary WR to start alongside Sammy. High value as a Day 1 starter.

91: Tedric Thompson, FS, Colorado - Another potential starter. Ball hawk with incredible coverage instincts.

149: Jordan Leggett, TE, Clemson - Seam threat option, receiving upgrade at TE2, needs work as a blocker.

156: Anthony Walker Jr, LB, Northwestern - Versatile LB that can initially back up either WLB or SLB.

163: Matt Milano, LB, BC - Keep the pick as is. Same as Walker, can back up early, plus ST player.

171: Sam Tevi, OT, Utah - Athletic fit, former DL turned OT, betting on upside to get a swing tackle at the very least.

195: Shalom Luani, SS, Washington State - Another potential ST stud. Box safety with athletic traits and can thump vs the run.

  3. i don't get it. i don't think the bills are playoff bound, but i don't think they've taken a step back from last year. the wild card of course is the coaching.

I don't either, We've only finished 4-12 or worse twice in the 17 years of the drought, 6-10, 7-9, or 8-8 is more realistic prediction. I agree with the coach being the WC. The Fins weren't that much better of a team than we were last year but their HC didn't make the mistakes ours did, which is why they landed a 10-6 record compared to a 7-9 or 8-8 record.

  4. how did the bills get 3 games worse than last season? don't get me wrong...i'd pick 7-8 wins, but every year we have people predict 4/5 win seasons, and how many times has that happened in the last decade. once maybe? it's just as bad as predicting a 11/12 win season this year. both would be shocking.

this team isn't good, but it isn't terrible. i'm not saying that as a positive either. it's just how it's been.

Because we let our division foe take our 3rd best rusher on the team. He will put up similar numbers to when he was here but he is clearly so much better.

  5. Lmao @ people stating is he's a punk & too cocky...

Guess you never heard any of the other running backs in this league speak. It comes with the position.

    Btw shady is top 3.

David Johnson, Bell, shady, and who else you like behind him.

  6. Hodges picked by Vikes

Still hoping for Phoah Brown to not get drafted

I wanted Hodges or Kittle. The only thing I was disappointed in this draft, no safety or TE selected but maybe one of the undersized LBs will convert over.

Other than that I'm pleased with the result seeing as we landed an extra 1st rounder.

  7. I'm not a negative nelly, I just wish the Bills were smarter with their picks. The less you have the less room there is for error. If McDermott really is running this draft that is especially concerning to me. He's a coach, not a scout. He has no background in college talent evaluation. So why should we believe he knows better than everyone else in the room, that this player is worth 2 picks while other teams haven't spent 1 pick on him yet? I like the players picked, no crazy reaches and they fill needs, but the truth is no one knows how they will fare in the NFL.

Didn't McDermott start off as a scout or something that Department?

  8. So you're telling me we have cb that won't get burned by Hogan?!

Sorry, I had to. Wasn't the sexiest of picks but reading more about him indepthly, I'm cool with it seems like a solid pick and the right pick. Basically let Gilmore go in FA for another day 1 starter and an additional 1st and 3rd, how is that a loss? Now let's get our safety and lb tomorrow.
