  1. Used to be if you laid a hand on an official you were tossed. Appeared to be enough here for that. He pushed him aside.
  2. Bills ship has sailed as far as these talking heads are concerned. After last seasons early exit, they’ve moved on to more “ interesting stories” . Honestly , can’t even listen to these shows and it’s been that way for awhile.
  3. The only way possible once Rodgers was out: turnovers.
  4. Dorsey’s plan last week was fine (except for one strange play call in OT)Josh went off script and it failed. Underneath stuff was there all game vs NYJ.
  5. Competitive balance. One team may have a lot of injuries and another may have none. NFL tries to balance things out a bit.
  6. Offense play calls were mostly fine, save for one terrible play in OT. The QB failed to execute. It wasn’t one player lined up wrong. The entire D was misaligned, and they needed to shift. Definitely on the players to make the adjustment.
  7. I’d put my money on him getting knocked out. Probably by around week 5. Far more envious of the WRs. That’s counting Hill the player, not the person of course.
  8. She’s awful anyway, and this makes her seem like just another entitled media type.
  9. Diggs will leave in 2 years when he is too old and too expensive. Enjoy 14 while he’s here.
  10. Sure, it happens often enough. The vast majority of teams that start 0-2 are just bad . They may not even get to double digit wins. Some good teams just get off to a slow start. Not many , but some. Also , the stat since 1970 . Counting strike years, 10 of those seasons had less than 16 games. That’s less room for error and less games to catch up. The playoffs didn’t consist of more than 10 teams until 1990. Not knocking the stat, but there are some specifics that also contributed . 0-4 seems to be a pretty good indicator - There have only been a handful of teams that made the postseason after going 0-4. I’m pretty sure that a couple of those actually made the Super Bowl , oddly enough. Anyway, you don’t want lose back to back games in the NFL.
  11. I thought at one point, not sure when , that he may have been hit in the head and fully expected him to go into the tent. He didn’t so I guess not
  12. Which is nice ! ⛳️
  13. True , true.
  14. Take the long way home - Supertramp
  15. A lotta superstitions in football…
  16. It was an OT win on a return. Allen tossed 3 picks. I give ‘em credit, but it was hardly an all time great comeback. JA handed them the win, and they took it. They won’t make the playoffs , hence their fans have the most to worry about. They’ve gone from Rodgers to a guy who was “ finished in NY” not too long ago. Stick a fork in em
  17. I just think back to his unbelievable effort in the ‘21 playoffs … as painful as 13 seconds was , it was not on him. He gave us two incredible playoff games and a great season. I know he has what it takes ; that’s been established. Just has to work through this funk- it’s mental not a talent thing. He’ll come through because the effort and desire in those playoff games was something I’ve never seen from a Bills player before - and there have been some great ones .
  18. They squeaked out an OT win after our QB handed them the game. Give them credit , sure but wasn’t much of a rally. The reality is their season is effectively over.
  19. Cool story, so enjoy watching all those Pats SB highlights on endless repeat. I want Allen to play better and like he’s capable of , (which we know is pretty great ) but he’s just never going to be THAT guy . For f&#$ sake this board is nuts sometimes… Agree, I don’t think this is about Diggs. It’s about Josh Allen, plain and simple. Winning is the best deodorant. No one will care about catches etc IF they’re notching W’s. Josh needs to be in control and making the smart throws that will drive defenses nuts. Then hit them over the top when they cheat up. We’ve seen him do this before with great success. He’s forcing things into coverage and has to stop.
  20. Have to agree that you can’t be one dimensional. The best offenses always have wrinkles thrown in. Rams game was probably their best top to bottom. They looked almost unstoppable out of the gate. We all know what happened, but that night you could have Super dreams that seemed like they could become reality. They killed two birds with one stone here… in the right time zone and out of the party zone.
  21. Wow.. great place with a heckuva golf course. Can’t imagine they wouldn’t squeeze in a round before practice week started.
  22. I can see that angle for sure. However, the win is all that matters and I’d like to see the Bills hit him mercilessly. Not in a dirty sort of way , I’m all for good clean hits . He’s just shown that he can’t handle it so that’s what I’d throw at him. The Bills fan in me would enjoy a blowout over the backup just as much. Josh of course would have to cooperate. He let them hang around with the backup QB last time.
  23. Seems that Trotter believes the world, and more specifically the NFL owes him a living.
  24. Hitting Tua early and often would have gone a long way to helping the Chargers achieve victory. They may still have screwed it up - they are the Chargers after all - Tua is glass and will be knocked out sooner than later.
  25. They did. They also have the best OC/ play designer in the NFL and an uncoverable TE. MIA has a WR that nobody can cover 1 on 1.. some still try with predictable results.
