  1. Pretty sure that’s what I just said. The injuries may cost them their shot.
  2. He also said he doesn’t have more information but it doesn’t look good. Not expecting great news on this
  3. Excited ? They hold them off the scoreboard down a bunch of their best players . Definitely not great in the stat dept. today, but they gave the offense a chance to carry the day. Much bigger offensive failure today given the circumstances.
  4. Frequently ? Perhaps your definition is different than mine. They don’t lose many games per year so I’m not sure if it’s all that frequent.
  5. Imo not really. There were definitely plays out there to be made and the Bills didn’t execute well. This was a lack of fundamentals, not elite plays by the Jags defense.
  6. This is somewhat of a self fulfilling prophecy. The games are usually only close if the Bills play poorly, have a lot of injuries or do things to keep the other team in it. When they’re playing badly they’re probably not doing the little things we’ll enough to win. If they start losing em when they’re playing well , I’ll be more concerned.
  7. Injuries will make this less than a complete team. Offense probably won’t be able to carry them for the whole season . It’s too bad but you need a lot of luck to have a shot at the one seed. Their chance is probably gone
  8. Worst thing about this game is it will be difficult to flush it and move on… Injury bug bites hard in London .. probably the only thing that could derail this season before it really got going.
  9. Taking redeye Thursday nite arriving in UK Friday afternoon. They may be practicing here on Thursday, but not sure.
  10. Yep. The other team only has to be better that day. That’s why the better team doesn’t always win. The Miami game was huge and an emotional win for sure. Still, I don’t think the Bills will let down. That loss to the Jags a couple years ago hasn’t been forgotten.
  11. Allen has a much better chance at Super Bowl MVP this season ( the only MVP that matters) than the NFL MVP. Sit back and enjoy the ride.
  12. Teams traveling East ( ahead) have a worse historical record than teams traveling West. It’s an advantage for the Jags to be acclimated to the time change a week ahead of time. The Bills are the better team here, but it’s a factor nonetheless.
  13. Yup. That’s Collinsworth for ya !
  14. Somewhat surprised by this… which two will draw the assignment of doubling Hill for this game ?
  15. Absolutely.. we’re watching a different game now that’s just not quite as good.
  16. While blitzing every play is probably not a recipe for success, I can appreciate the enthusiasm in this post.
  17. Let’s bring it this Sunday Mafia !
  18. Hahahahaha, that’s pretty good… I saw a (tweet? Or X) that said Bears Broncos should be flexed to Tuesday morning ! Lots of bad matchups early this season but man that’s an awful game to be stuck with.
  19. With week 18 @ MIA, this one seems bigger for the Bills than the fish. Esp with BUF already having a division loss. Is it too soon to say it’s a must win for the Bills ?
  20. 77 and sunny for Sunday though. Maybe Bills should wear the whites ? Too late at this point I’m sure.!
  21. I disagree. In the night game, Josh Allen took over at the end. He’s better than Tua and simply refused to lose.
  22. The defense did a good job in both those games , while the offense shot themselves in the foot repeatedly. I think that was the OPs point. McD and Co are capable of doing it again.
  23. Not anymore… home team is assigned less than 3 , say 1.5 as HFA isn’t as strong statistically as it once was.
  24. They’ve had a very good DL for awhile now. Won’t be easy in the trenches vs this group.
