That whole draft thing is so overblown. I’d take Andy Reid as my OC over any rook WR. Heck they didn’t even cover him on that 2nd half TD. Reid could’ve scored on that one. Is there any doubt that they’d have simply drafted a different WR, and the best play designer in football would get the ball to him ?

INTs are just a convenient excuse to dismiss him. It’s about advancing certain narratives , and for various reasons Josh does not fit the “chosen” criteria.

Exactly. She is a pro and earned her status. As for that Yacht of Terry’s, it is definitely quite a sight. I spent some time in the Caribbean last winter and the “ Top Five” happened to be in the bay of the Island I was staying on. It was probably there for around a month.

A great season from Josh Allen - one where he is called upon to do a LOT- combined with some good fortune can yield 10 wins. Not sure what that will mean in terms of the division or playoffs, but that seems like the peak of this squad’s capability. Just too many departures and unknown quantities to predict much more.

I disagree. The media will never give Josh Allen the credit he deserves and will certainly not vote him MVP. They have their narratives to prop up and that’s far more important to them.

Pretty sure he could be re signed after cut down day as he’s a veteran.

He’s a head case at this point - as often happens to kickers. It’s not athletic ability or skill, but a crisis of confidence- he’s in his own head. Time to move on as he may never get it back. Missing kicks will cost you points and therefore games.

This pretty much says it all. KC didn’t score vs Ravens in 2nd half of AFCC. Would have loved to see that in Buffalo last January.

The Bills lost to Rodgers - less Jets in opener last year and have struggled against them the past few seasons. As Bills fans we may not like it, but it’s happened.

It is a big problem, even more magnified by the weak group of WRs. Those FGs will probably be even more important this season as you’d expect a noticeable dip in TD production.

The mood of this board lives completely in the moment, and that’s why. The exuberance from Josh Allen becoming a top QB in the league is now tempered by the questionable management of the roster. No player is bigger than the team ( save for maybe Josh- he is literally the franchise ) so the fan base can be okay with Diggs being traded. However, it is a passing league and they haven’t surrounded Allen with much in the WR dept. At least on paper. With the season fast approaching and injuries already piling up, it’s looking like a lost year for the Bills. Right in Allen’s prime to boot, and that’s just inexcusable with no Lombardi to show for the last four seasons. I’d venture most fans would be fine with a reset year while dealing with cap issues that resulted from a championship season. It didn’t happen and 13 seconds is etched indelibly in our collective psyche ; it was the pinnacle of that teams possibilities botched by unthinkable strategic failure. So excuse the overall negativity as it’s just a reflection of where the team is at - right now.

Yep. Still, the numbers say you kick that every time (barring weather factors ). Kickers have improved and a 47 yard kick isn’t thought of like it was in 1991. Now, fourth and 3 or 4 and I have Josh Allen at QB ? I’m putting the ball in his hands to win or lose.

Hmmm. Hate to say it but I’m more in agreement with Brady’s list here than Manning’s.

We can probably expect two of these things to happen, maybe three if the Bills are fortunate. It seems unlikely that all of these scenarios would go their way and a down year looks more probable by the week. Just not as much talent on this roster now, and their status is somewhere below SB contender.

Better performance overall, especially on both lines. Kicking game looked okay. Some flashes from RBs. Trubisky was below average - no surprise there. WR position is M.I.A on this team.

Honestly , I’ve felt this was the case each of the last 4 seasons. While correct, it just doesn’t matter all that much. If this team makes the postseason, it will be due to Allen not some backup.

Agree. Chiefs D was superior to Bills D and that’s why they won the game. Bills had a shot late, but short of them chewing the clock it seemed inevitable that KC would score if left with any time at all.

I seriously don’t get any uproar over this. I don’t follow the Mets or baseball in general, but It’s certainly no worse than any of the “theme nights “ they probably have throughout the season.
