  1. No, it certainly hasn’t. We will see if Joe Brady continues to stay a step ahead of our opponents. I have to admit I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the results so far.
  2. They haven’t had one of those games in over 2 and a half seasons. If the Bills end up on the wrong end of the score , it won’t be by much.
  3. Of course we’ll have clarity . We will know who won the game.
  4. The general public loves to bet favorites. Trying to get $$ on Baltimore it seems. More like 1.5 - 2 pts these days
  5. So far, I’d say yes it is.
  6. While they almost certainly won’t , this team has the look of one that will have a chance to win any game it plays. A tough stretch coming up, but not an impossible one. They seem to have one game at a time mentality, and that works for me. We’re on to Baltimore !
  7. No , that’s not it . If that were the case, then only 3 QBs in the last 10 years (longer than most current players have been in the league) could talk s**t -and two of them are retired. Rather, it’s about some players doubling down on their narratives and there are other deep seated influences at work here. Things that have nothing to do with what happens or happened on a football field.
  8. Probably bought tix in spring when they thought they were gonna be good. They don’t even travel to their games in JAX !
  9. Perhaps they did, but the Bills defending the play poorly doesn’t mean most teams wouldn’t stop it.
  10. Still a bunk play call by the OC, and I don’t typically go to playcalling as a reason for a loss. Running laterally to the LOS isn’t good strategy on 4th and inches.
  11. Chiefs, Pats, Dolphins, Cowboys, Eagles, Bengals, Seahawks
  12. Great analogy, and I get it but im not so sure. Yes, Diggs probably had to go and the Bills were going to have to eat that $$ cap hit this year or next. Still, I’d like to see a top caliber WR on this team, or even another fairly high draft pick. They do seem committed to a ground attack and that will take some pressure off Allen and the passing game. A top WR would go a long way to then mmmmm being a clear Super Bowl contender. I’m still not convinced that they are.
  13. C’mon don’t be crazy. Some will definitely beyatch after a 21 point win !
  14. Sure, those will be some key contests . The Bills have had their struggles vs Jags, even Jets at times. They are all still fairly early in the schedule though. How a team is playing around and after Thanksgiving is typically the most important part of the regular season.
  15. I would love to see it, but wouldn’t go overboard this early on. I still look at the schedule and see consecutive games vs Chiefs, 49ers, Rams and Lions as the bellwether for the Bills chances this season.
  16. A tough early season divisional matchup, this one will probably be close. Average margin of victory has lessened in the McDaniel era. While this game won’t convince me either way on the Bills being a contender in 2024, I’ll give an edge to Miami in this one. That’s an edge though, not a lot -and as we’ve seen before a couple signature Josh Allen plays could get Buffalo a victory.
  17. Rex may have been pandering to the Buffalo fans a bit, but he has a point. You could make the argument, and there aren’t many other players you could seriously make such a statement about.
  18. Ahh , Kings Island. Lots of great memories of that place from my teen years. Great park. Beast = Bills TD pass . I’ll take it !
  19. A little early to say after just one game. He wasn’t the leading rusher, for instance. With the changes at WR it wouldn’t surprise me if his workload is increased as the season progresses. Just a bit soon for such a conclusion.
  20. Wow. Had to be in the drought era.
  21. Situation seemed to call for play action. Maybe Allen’s hand was a concern late.
  22. Perhaps a lot of posters. Not Bills fans though.
