  1. I’d imagine the game resumes where it was when stopped.
  2. A coin flip is in the NFL rule book as the last tiebreaker. Hasn’t it been used to determine draft order at least once? Anyway , the time constraints and fact that this game isn’t being played in the next two days make it an option.
  3. Fortunately it’s also extremely rare on a football field. As mentioned on WGR probably one of the best places to be if it’s going to happen because of the medical staff access- there or a hospital. A terrible thing that no one wants to see occur and it almost never does.
  4. No. There were no updates made available by UC Hospital . WGR signed off on Bills coverage and went to a nationally syndicated sports talk show
  5. WGR says Carruci reporting that the Commissioner will decide on making up the game .. it would have to be done in next two days. ( not happening imo ) There’s also a possibility of adding a 19th week. We’ll see
  6. I think he means BUF/ CIN Wed, BUF / NE Mon
  7. Without some good word on Hamlin before then, I don’t believe this will happen. I could be wrong for sure but that’s how I see it.
  8. Right, but that may not happen under these circumstances. We will see what is decided but this won’t be neat and tidy. Very tough call.
  9. I understand your reasoning but it’s not correct . go to NFL.com- they are listed as 2. That’s official per the league
  10. Exactly … this guy is a total chump and a troll really. “ any given Sunday” is a mantra for inferior teams. This is / was a close matchup as the line indicated. The Bills often give up an early score then clamp down. They don’t give up a lot of points overall and are among the leagues best in that category.
  11. They’re #2 seed now though, not 1
  12. I understand your thought, but the game is not life.. This is unprecedented as far as I know and the NFL has a delicate situation to handle here. They have to be practical and rational but respect the emotions involved at the same time. I don’t envy those who have to make the decision
  13. The issue seems trivial at the moment, but since we’re in this thread … I’d argue that they shouldn’t. As others have pointed out, the Chiefs lost to both teams involved here. Who knows what will actually happen and I wouldn’t be shocked. It would be another “ just give it to ‘em”
  14. While not opposed to the concept, I’m far from certain the NFL would set such a precedent. They are surely in uncharted territory here but I’d venture a guess they will want the game to be played. I’m not saying that is the right decision by any means though.
  15. Praying for Hamlin , but the answer is yes. This team and these coaches are truly a family and they will persevere
  16. Wow … that’s Campionship Caliber !
  17. Maybe the best indicator of all ?
  18. Again, the question was do they “ know something” and they don’t . Just where certain money is going and they do not look at all money equally. They’re playing the odds too, but sharps are sharps and the general public bets differently.
  19. The only thing Vegas “ knows” is money coming in and on who. Especially sharps money. That’s it -this time and every time. They don’t know which team is going to win more than anyone else.
  20. I would have said no to SNF but KC/LVR is flexed to SAT. It will come down to if Bills win tonite. A Bills victory and SNF it will be : win and in for Pats ( Boston TV market) vs #1 seed for Bills. If CIN wins tonite Bills probably play at 4 or maybe even 1 pm if that’s the time assigned to Jets/ MIA.
  21. No other explanation for this. It’s an odd choice for the Saturday game to be sure.
  22. Next week is a cakewalk compared to tonight’s matchup. Not concerned about that game at all.
  23. If things don’t go the Bills way tonight , I think the choice would be to rest starters barring a surprise Chiefs loss on Saturday.
  24. Now Ward, weren’t you a little hard on the Beaver last night ?
