You don’t actually work in healthcare do you? Particularly the clinical side. The hospitals have ALWAYS been overrun. Not just Covid. Other diseases just didn’t take a break, cancer doesn’t stop, hepatitis doesn’t stop. During the shutdown was the slowest I ever seen work because not every Tom, Dick or Jane came into the ER with just a stomach ache.

You have no idea what your talking about. You have never served nor have you ever been to the Middle East. To you this is just like the game risk, a bunch of colored pieces of plastic for conquest, when the reality is much much more complex. You think we were just jerking off in the sand and mountains for past twenty years?

That won’t work. They will just wait until the troops pull out. There is no eradication. That’s the reality, but for some reason you think American soldiers are expendable for your fantasyland.

Let me try and connect a common theme from these stories. Short staff, long hours, packed ER, short supplies? That is every day life in healthcare. Not just when covid hit.

Well I work at a large hospital, I’m part of a clinical staff. Since you based your declaration on talk from some hospital staff, my words should be enough proof for you.

If only there was an institution that educated and trained officers that included practical training and bookwork..... Oh there is. It’s called a Police Academy!

Those things will happen regardless of whom is President. The local government LET the riots happen. Trump being President was just icing on the cake. That is why the left is dangerous. If I had to guess perhaps those rural white voters believe they themselves will be better and will bet on themselves. See that’s the difference between the ideologies, self reliance vs government reliance, and there is a party that just wants you to rely on the government, they know what is best for you. Let’s take an example, it seems like you have been voting democrat for sometime, if democrats policies are so great.....................why are you still washing my sheets?

This is a small piece of the puzzle, but at my hospital and the others in it’s network, when testing became available we tested for covid-19 but a negative result didn’t automatically reflex to testing for Flu A/B RSV. I remember mentioning this to my lab manager, by time the powers that be implemented the policy all negative Covid tests reflex to the regular glue testing the flu season was over.

The point went like this. Democrats scream “reclaim my time” That reminded of me of the resident idiots on here who post memes when they can’t back up their arguments, answer simple questions, and become trapped in their faulty logic, or just want to start trouble and so I posted my thought no more than 15 minutes later, you of course then did exactly that. Liberals have a tendency to underestimate an average persons intelligence, much like the the liberals on this board, those liberals can’t wrap their mind around the concept that some people smarter than them are supporting Trump. That’s why I would get the answer that you predicted. Because their talking point was a broad brush generalization that was stopped cold by the same method with only a couple words changed. One of my job functions is instructing students during their clinical rotations, I could just imagine the hell I would get if I called a student stupid or dumb, if they messed up then it’s my mess up. I remember when a coworker suggested pay for working with the students, the suggestion was promptly dismissed because where I work is a teaching hospital and part of the job description is teaching students. What the academic school teachers seem to forget is teaching is a just one the many functions/tasks of many job positions in the real world.
