  1. No one needs to be fired over anything right now and no one will be fired any time in the near future
  2. Trade or cut its's the same difference. You can't make this stuff up, folks.
  3. You said above you'd rather see them lose in an "entertaining" game. If you want the Bills to lose I have no idea why you are on a Bills fans website. Fans of a team want their team to win. And last Sunday was as entertaining as you can get.
  4. The problem is that too many people assume because he was drafted in round 1 that it meant he's automatically supposed to be a great pass rusher. HE's more a solid all around type guy, plays the run well, gets some pressure in the pass rush, they can move him inside, and such.
  5. You'd rather be entertained and see the Bills lose. You have no business being on a site where Bills fans hang out then.
  6. So for some the Bills should be entertaining rather than a winner. That makes a whole lot of sense.
  7. Say it every time with your takes. You're the guy that would have traded everything for Winston, a guy who sits behind Fitzpatrick. Your analysis of QBs has little value.
  8. Look at si.com this week. And the response was to some moron saying he's lost the locker room as if they have any clue. Reading is something most of us learned in the first grade or earlier. Try reading the posts before commenting.
  9. They are one measure. He has had ups and downs as any rookie QB starting out has. The other 4 guys have ups and downs as well. I have no problem with objective analysis but this nonsense that he has no chance or has never shown the ability to play in the league is beyond ridiculous. It belies what anyone watching the games with even a hint of objectivity has seen.
  10. 4 games. Team won 2. Let me say again, 4 games and won 2. And your comment is he has never (repeat: never) shown an ability to be successful at the NFL level. 4 games. Two vicotories. Honestly, just stop with this nonsense.
  11. I see you have yourself confused with a Bills player if you think you knows what goes on in their locker room. You're a joke.
  12. It's time for you to keep quiet. Everyone who knows anything about football talks about how well McD has coached given a team with limited talent, and how he has a solid locker room. But you somehow think you know different based on information you claim is true that you have no way of knowing is valid. Do you hang out in the locker room? No.
  13. Watched the film, some of his analysis seems good and others I'd question. I think he's assuming a guy in his 4th start should know more than most guys do. And his attempt to draw comparisons to performances in college, where he also had limited resources around him, to somehow say he was bad then and will be bad now, is a little absurd to me. To old farts like me there are just way too many of these sites where guys I've never heard of offer up these critiques as if they're experts. And when I ask what his expertise is (because, again, when you google his name I couldn't find a bio) all I get are snarky comments.
  14. Seems like an odd move. I guess Hyde and Bush are ready to go. And they like Neal. Probably be back on the PS this time tomorrow.
  15. Why do you refuse to read? Why? One of the first things I wrote was that I tried to Google the guy to see what his background was, and couldn't find anything. So I asked folks here about it so I can judge. Instead of giving me info, all you want to do is throw out snarky crap. If you know about his background, why not share it? He breaks down this 22 film stuff as if he's a pro. It would be helpful to me to know something about his background to evaluate his critique.
  16. Correct. But instead of just throwing out some snarky comment, why not actually give me some data in what the guy's background is so I can judge whether he has expertise? maybe it's because he doesn't.
  17. A few comments: 1. I have never heard of this site, and I tried to google the author to see what expertise he has, other than sitting in his basement watching film all day. If someone has any input on why his word is important, please inform me as to why. Otherwise I have no idea why I should give his thoughts any credence. 2. I would like to find all the articles this guy has ever written, then go back and read the first four articles he wrote vs. those that he wrote after he gained some experience in actually writing. I will bet his later articles are more cogent in terms of how he structured his arguments, structured sentences, etc. (even though his arguments may be based on little actual knowledge - see above). 3. All four rookie QBs are developing. All of them make good and bad plays every game. Good reads and bad every game. I watched Rosen for a while the other day because he was the guy I thought they should draft. He had the one big play to a guy that was open downfield by about 5-10 yards, and I saw several passes where he just completely overthrew guys. And some guys dropped some balls. Yet that is used for an excuse for Rosen, but when Holmes doesn't come back for the ball and it hits him in the hands somehow that's Allen's fault. Which leads me to my last and most frustrating point: 4. Bills fans, at least some of them, really do not ever want a QB to succeed here. They complain and complain about the Bills not taking a shot at drafting a potential franchise QB, and when they do they scream it's not the right one. The guy leads the team to wins two out of the first four games he starts, but those wins don't count because he didn't throw for 300 yards. They are professional (??) sports writers, who should know better, talk about his inability to read defenses etc. and that he is terrible, as if by his fourth start he is supposed to have learned how to play what most agree might be the most difficult and complex position in all of sports as if he's a 5-10 year veteran. I thought to myself when he was drafted, and I hoped I was wrong, that the fans (??) of his team would not give him a fair chance to succeed and would place way too many expectations on him early. And I was right. People keep expecting the reincarnation of Kelly, and given that there are only around 30 or so QBs in history that wear the gold jacket, it might just be that Allen will not be Jimbo. or he may be. It may be he's or QB for the next 15 years, or that he may not be. What is certain is that's IT"S TOO EARLY to tell. Thank God it's the team making decisions, the team that will give him time to develop, as well as more resources around him. Good thing it's the team making those decisions, because if it was some fans he'd already be gone. It's just ridiculous how much crap this kid is already getting.
  18. The OP is a good example of how many folks have absolutely no clue about the proper use of statistics. As for Wonderlich scores, smarter you are the faster you hopefully learn. It doesn't mean you walk into the league knowing everything.
  19. Remember you can't have good pie without good culture. Yeast cultures in the case of pie, but essential nonetheless.
  20. Pie wins out over most every cake. Unless it is chocolate cake with thick chocolate fudge frosting. Which is a gift from heaven.
  21. No it's not. But they have short and long term goals. If things look like they're more influencinglong term you criticize them about short term things and vice versa In short it appears you look for reasons to criticize.
