I hate to point this out but Brady usually does pretty well vs Scwartz D's...... I do have a gut feeling that the Eagles will come up big...maybe it's wishful thinking....

I just this on another forum...... 2001, 2003 and 2004 SB wins capped off vs the Eagles before Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennel left. 2014, 2016 and 2017 SB wins capped off vs the Eagles before Josh McDaniels and Matt Patricia leave ?.... That's a bit freaky......

Brady is the best QB ever IMO...but not the best FOOTBALL player ever......Jordan and Gretzky were the best in their sports.....period....

It will stop when Brady and Belichick retire...we've known this for years now.....until then, the AFC is a NE world and we're just living in it.... Having said that, I think the Eagles will beat them in 2 weeks....they looked unstoppable yesterday....even B+BB won't be able to stop that machine....at least, I hope so.... Yankees, Celtics, Montreal Canadiens.....it's happened before...I do agree that if you look at what spot NE has been drafting for 17 years....and doing it on a 1st place schedule ( granted, the AFCE is generally a disaster ) year in and year out, their run gives the middle finger to the idea of " parity " .....

Of course I'll watch....there's no Football after that for months.....I love the NFL and it's the biggest game of the year...I don't care who's in it...I do like close exciting games...that's what I'm hoping for....

I saw an article on the Broncos MB..can't find it right now.....It basically was saying that NE scouts the officials every week....once the refs are announced for a specific game, they have guys studying all the games those refs have been in...looking for tendencies, what they are tough on....what they are more lenient on....etc.... I'm sure most teams do this, but it struck me as another thing NE does to get ready for a game.....no stones left un turned.....

None of us liked the end results, but the SB when NE is in it are the furthest thing from a snooze fest......

Eagles absolutely have a shot...I didn't see that domination coming vs Minnesota ( who's a solid team ).....NE is favorite but it should be a really close game....

There's no truth to the rumor that Brady's injury was actually surgery to add a 6th finger for him to wear his rings....

I had completely forgot about that....SMH....another thing Brady beats....

Bottom line for me is this...we've seen calls this year that clearly helped NE and were questionable to say the least....not today IMO....Having said that, GO NFC !!

Those PI called on Jax were legit.....and again, there was 1 holding call all game....the refs let them play....are you saying there were no holding from Jax at all either ?

Nothing close to " outrageous "......we've seen calls like that throughout the league this year....

That's my point...they didn't get any controversial call go their way today.....nothing outrageous...they usually do...but I didn't see it today...

They called what, 1 holding the entire game......It's not like Jax didn't have any plays that could have been called also.....We always say to let them play....those refs did today.....

Yep....Their run is almost over, but they are still King right now....

For once, I really didn't see the refs helping NE today....they came back on their own.....Jax D was gassed....
