There was a mad rush for HD antennas in Buffalo, most places were sold out, I was running all over town trying to find one. Was speeding down W. Delevan and and passed an opportunistic gentleman standing by the street, palm extended, just holding and HD antenna out there. I threw it in reverse, and he said “$20”, I said “$10?”, he said “deal”, and the I got to enjoy Trent getting whacked in blazing HD.

I had just turned 9 and my brother just turned 5, we watched from the upper deck tunnel for a bit and my dad wisely called it a day at the half. We had ponchos and warm clothes on but it was the worst possible weather, especially for kids. I’m going from memory here, I think it was 6-3 or something like that at the half, sloppy weather football between two sloppy football teams at its finest!
