Josh has always been great at doing the great things.. even making the really good things look normal but he's always kind of faltered with some of the basics that most qbs fair well with. Not sure if he just loses focus..tends to focus to much on the big things or just coaches not pushing him with fundamentals.

id like to see some picks that had solid production. i'd take a year of solid production guys even if the ceiling isnt as high for them. to many picks that are boom or bust with tons of potential that take 4 years to develop so they dont help us what so ever and by the time we spend 3-4 years to develop them we have to pay them or cut them.... its a bad strategy when 80% of your draft pics are that way
