  1. i wonder how much of this having to do with us running a fairly shallow offense lately? easier to run man with less amount of field to defend.
  2. https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/buffalo-bills/news/sean-mcdermott-nfl-coach-year-buffalo-bills-kansas-city-chiefs-stefon-diggs/32e8f39636589bcd89f8f599 not sure why that wont show as a link but u can copy and paste. for the most part it said The Buffalo Bills are off to their best start through 11 games since 1992. They sit at 9-2 going into their bye week, and now own the tiebreaker over the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC for the No. 1 seed should both teams finish with the same record. This wasn't supposed to be the year for the Bills, though, They said goodbye to the likes of Jordan Poyer, Micah Hyde, Mitch Morse, Gabe Davis, and Stefon Diggs. They completely re-did their wide receivers room with Khalil Shakir being the only player at the position on the roster that was on the team in 2023. They have dealt with the vast majority of their star players being injured at one point or another. And yet, here they are. With that in mind, is it time for Sean McDermott to get some Coach of the Year consideration? Peter Schrager of Good Morning Football says it's time to give McDermott his well-earned praise.
  3. they didnt really try to force feed him..they did.. mahomes throws just a lil smarter ball and worthy gets a td and bills get burned big time. plus after that i guess they decided to put their toy back in the closet. for as many times the D got burned by worthy on that drive they didnt pay much attention to him on the deep shot. so now u have pacheco and worthy and they just brought in Tyquan Thornton from the pats. he may not see the field this year but at 6'3 and 182 lbs he ran an unofficial 4.21 and an official 4.38. he's like a 6'3 version of worthy. so far he hasnt dont much of anything but who knows what they might get out of him.
  4. its an interesting thought because there are so many people that say you cant beat a team twice in the same year... you can but its way harder. for example caroline who sux....played NO and lost 42-10 played them again this year and won 23-22 we had beat the giants in the reg season...lost in the superbowl. i dont think u can rely on doing the same things...that got you this win or your going to lose.
  5. I have to give my little bro credit... way back when joe montanna was in his heyday and steve was sitting on the bench.... i was like..man Joe is good and he says yeah..but I think Steve will be even better. pretty good inside for a kid that was probably still a teenager.
  6. i think Daboll did pretty well in the beginning..he wasnt afraid tear into allen when he was doing stupid stuff. Allen during those years wasnt nearly as congnitive as he is now. then there was the year that his arm was injured for a lot of which his passing was way off. then the league adapted to the bills/chiefs offense by keeping a two deep safety over the top and daboll didnt seem to be able to adjust.
  7. this has been one of my biggest criticisms of him. you'll see the replay and there is just nothing but wide open green field. no players, or he runs one player deep and thats it. and i hate having the saftey outlet directly lateral to josh. or you have bunch formations on the side and no one anywhere in the middle portion of the field The one thing brady has done better is incorporate the run game and become balanced. im glad to see that we are kinda getting from 1st down run...2nd and short run..2nd and longer pass... 3rd down pass unless its under 2 yards
  8. maybe Von could rename the dog Ron...
  9. you cant put wall to wall carpeting and a waterbed in a Von 🤨
  10. theres always going to be teams u dont match up well against. its pretty rare for buffalo to get blown out. plus that was early in the season with an all new cast. sometimes tv pundits just need to talk less and pound sand more. one thing i will say about beating the chiefs is we know them very well..and vice versa..its like another division game for us.
  11. they shouldnt be taking joints into the game...there are rules!
  12. would be great for players but great for coaching planning up schemes as well.. great for teaching great fundamentals that you can acutally see in real time and relate to as well.
  13. idk.... tons of analysts flopped right back on the Josh Allen train after that game...doesnt mean its not temporary though
  14. i hear Von wants to be a GM 😀
  15. the interesting part of this is, i thought josh might get afc offensive player of the week
