  1. I don’t disagree. I think it is Beane’s MO to jump up a few spots for the player(s) his team has identified. A LOT of WRs will be drafted in round 1 this year. Even though it is deep, it may still be required to jump up. One thought about this: We need to consider the possibility of Diggs being over the hill. That’s a LOT of targets up for grabs.
  2. I think the Bills will end up trading up for a WR. I think they may leave the draft with two. A WR that can reliably win deep is an absolute necessity. Beyond that, the Bills need a route runner / separator that is the heir apparent to Diggs.
  3. Love this content. Thanks for the great read.
  4. Shawn owes the Bills some calls after his hatchet job in Philly.
  5. When I lived in the Midwest, we used to say that you could give the bottom row of counties in Iowa to Missouri and the average IQ of both states would go up.
  6. Completely agree. They don’t want us to hear, “it would help keep the game competitive if we find a way for this call to stand.”
  7. Davis > Sherfield
  8. This is too close to the truth.
  9. This year has been the first year I’ve had any concerns. There have been threads about it - wondering if he has a lingering injury. Something is going on with him.
  10. This is unbelievable and amazing news. They showed us one replay on CBS and what I saw sure as heck looked like a broken leg.
  11. So many backups in on D. Will be very impressive if they can hold up.
  12. Will need to keep running the ball. Nice punt though.
  13. That was the worst snow game in Bills history. (For real: https://www.democratandchronicle.com/story/sports/football/nfl/bills/2024/01/12/buffalo-bills-vs-pittsburgh-steelers-weather-sunday-daunting-previous-playoff-games/72203328007/) I recall that the method the grounds crew meant to use to clear the field that day ended up failing. They had a large machine that had a spinning brush to throw snow, but it ended up throwing rubber (the field) with it. That was a significant contributor to the field conditions that day. The Bills went on to beat Miami the next week after that same snowy Colts game. So, getting back to the original point, I’m still not buying it.
  14. Stays cleared enough, actually. Enough to not have to high step everywhere like you seem to be imagining.
  15. I’ve seen many of them, thanks.
  16. Before clearing it? How is that analogous to a field that’s constantly being cleared?
  17. Not sure I buy this. There is a competitive edge that appears when the rest differential is at least 3 days. The Bills will be at a two day deficit. So there is that.
  18. Ugh! If the Bills win, this means they’ll play an opponent that has two extra days of rest on them. Something always happens.
