  1. You know what… you’re right! Mahomes might just end up being more annoying.
  2. This is who Mahomes is. Remember how infuriating it was to see Brady constantly complain all those years when he was on the Patriots***? That’s what we can expect from Mahomes.
  3. Toney never checked with the ref. WRs ALWAYS check with the ref on their placement. Just look at Diggs… he does it all the time. Toney is just a bonehead - that’s where Mr Mahomes anger should be placed.
  4. Yes! You described it perfectly! What a roller coaster! Feels good to be on this side of one of those.
  5. The playoffs just got more probable.
  6. Joe Brady just laid a massive turd. Didn't take a single TO from KC. Unbelievable. Diggs laid a turd too. He didn’t help us AT ALL. Catch the ball. Draw the flag. Come on, man!
  7. If AJ Brown didn’t fumble two weeks ago, that’s not a catch.
  8. Oh come on… he’s good for at least one crippling encroachment!
  9. AJ was out there, but now he’s banged up, too. I agree, but not sure where else they go at this point.
  10. Gabe’s job on that toss was to be in the middle and he drifted to the back. Had he stood his ground, he could have been a hero just now.
  11. Benford may be having his worst game of his career.
  12. I don’t think that was a defensive TO. I think that was a “let’s preserve some time for Josh TO.”
  13. I see you have no actual response. Thats because this “journalistic” piece was done all wrong. It can be boiled down to two words, “hatchet job.”
  14. Agreed. We need to bring all perspectives. Folks that have been fired and cut… that brings such a three-dimensional perspective. A host of anonymous comments about someone else’s accountability is SUCH a great service to the fan base!
  15. 25 former coaches, players, and other personnel speak anonymously about someone else’s accountability. Ha! I loathe everything about this.
  16. Classic Patriots*** call
  17. Beane had to completely sidestep the question about Araiza. I think it was from Tim Graham? There really isn’t a satisfactory answer. The Bills’ top leadership is in an unenviable position. How to balance the need to win without becoming complete hypocrites. Some folks already believe one or more of them to be hypocrites. This is the kind of situation that could eventually convince more to join that chorus. I need to look back at some of the Araiza-based press conferences. Beane today kept saying that the Bills were not investigators and that they would follow the league’s lead. That struck me as a very different process than the one highlighted during the Araiza situation, where it seemed the Bills did more of their own investigating/decision making. Maybe that perception is wrong? Maybe the Bills and/or the league have changed their process since then? I don’t know… ‘Following the league’s lead’ just rang hollow to me. I know one thing - if I were in the Bills brass’ shoes, I’d be royally pissed with Von.
  18. I don't get it. Are you saying you don’t want to hear anything, regardless of whether or not it’s true? For example, Von really is coming off of a major injury. What is so wrong about stating that fact? ”Lie to me, Brandon!” ~Some Bills Fans I will never understand getting upset at what is said during press conferences. Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see.
  19. I second this motion. All in favor?
  20. I would like to see the record broken out not by one score games, but games in which the team had a two score lead at any point in the second half.
  21. Zone can work, just not the way the Bills play it in the clutch moments.
  22. I was completely OK with how Jordan Phillips played it. The Eagles’ success rate is so high on that play that trying to jump the snap makes sense. Failing to time it just right, make the infraction count. That might be the only way to change the Eagles’ math.
  23. Not sure I agree about AJ. Thought he had some nice moments yesterday. Thought he should have been on the field instead of Von at the end.
  24. Eh… this is just coach speak. What McD says there doesn’t really matter. Consistent failures of the defense in clutch moments does matter. It matters significantly.
  25. The Bills’ HC position might not be as appealing as we believe it to be - for the simple fact that we believe it to be so appealing. Anyone that steps into the job will be expected to win the Super Bowl during their first season. There would be no honeymoon.
