One of the things Keon said that “triggered” me was (him mimicking a conversation with a coach) “No, you don’t have to tell me why. I am a grown ass man. I understand.” I think that’s close to what he said. In past press conferences, defensive players have given kudos to McD because he always explains ‘the why’. I see this with younger coworkers quite frequently. They THINK they know ‘the why’ and therefore they THINK they are taking the correct actions. Sometimes that’s true. However, there are plenty of times where, if they had just been patient enough to receive (or even ask for) ‘the why’ explanation, they would have understood a little bit better a lotta bit faster. Im probably reading into that single statement way too much, but it did immediately catch my attention. Still, I agree, Keon appears a very thoughtful young man with so many good things going on above the shoulders. Really pulling for him to have a great offseason and to kick butt this Fall.

Do we think that his back-to-back concussions to end the season will have any bearing on the timing of a deal?

This is the year to fix in the draft both the interior d-line and the defensive secondary. The Bills need difference makers at both of those spots.

And the holding during the third and long was on the defender directly involved in the play. Just as blatant. Another no call. if it were a fair fight, your team would be sitting at home, just as they deserved.

If that holding was a call, then Coleman was definitely held on the 3rd and long prior by McDuffie. Another one sided call.

If the Bills get just one bad call to go their way, I think they pull this out. If all the bad calls keep breaking KC’s way, this game is over. It’s all up to the refs now.

We always knew the Bills would have to overcome the refs in addition to the Chiefs themselves. Ed wasn’t Offside. if Coleman wasn’t held in 3rd on long, then that wasn’t holding on Hamlin. It was an incomplete pass. KC gets an extra second. Ridiculous.
