the value really isn't here for the taxes at all. as others have mentioned, you pay it out every year, way more than you should have to, and it never comes back. we have a friend that's an attorney in las vegas. we spoke about it years ago, and with very comparable houses, (we live on more land and have a bit more space) there's a 15k swing. the schools are good, but there's no way nys can justify that. if it wasn't for my family, and now my work...i wouldn't stay here. edit: but to be fair, you get a ton of house for the price.

i actually like the heat, but it get hotter/muggier than people realize here. after having snow on the ground all april, it can stay as hot as it wants to here.

i walked outside at 6 this morning, and it was already muggy. it's not going to be that hot, but the heat index is gross.

i think i went through a bit of a "hippie" phase. i didn't do the no showering/white guy with dreads thing, but i did love the concerts and the scene. to be honest, i think i just really enjoyed the drugs and the parties.

i don't know why this is so hard for some people. sammy is a very good wr. i don't think he's earned that money yet, (he certainly may), nor do i think there was a possibility that the bills would have retained sammy. they got a second and a player for someone that was as good as gone. it's over.

meh. i don't think anyone is surprised if the bills win fewer games this year than last. that's ok as long as we see growth. i just don't get the 2-4 win predictions.

exactly. i think if the defense is stout and the run game shows better than average production, AJM may be more than enough to move the chains, (i'm not talking an explosive offense) and hold down the fort. as you said, it's allen's job. if he waits a month, half a season or even all year to take the reigns, i'm ok with it. i'd be surprised if he didn't start at some point this season though.

i'm still at the mental point where i prefer this.

so...is there any other way of getting tickets for practice other than going to the listed sites? i was told that you could through the one buffalo app, but didn't see anything for it.

i've seen you post prior, i think it was yesterday, complaining that allen couldn't even beat out the qbs on the roster. you've said this, then tried to back it up with that thing you refer to as an article. don't be upset with other posters that this is just what you do, and that you have an outrageously angry attitude towards the bills. you're deserving of your opinion, but we're all smart enough to see what you're doing today, and that ultimately you're just trying too hard. you take every possible bad and amplify it, and completely ignore any good that happens.

this just isn't true. not everything could be fixed with one offseason, and i'm sure you'll see a more offensive heavy draft/fa period. Tier...you know you're stuff, but you just have a tendency to take the most negative/angry approach to all things bills. this bills team in no way reminds me of regimes past. it's just my opinion, you'd have to ignore what's happening at obd to not realize what they're trying to create here. let me put this out there: it's not about this year.
