  1. Yes top 10 protected. not that it matters. LV has to be a cup favorite now.
  2. Curious of this myself. I have a few guesses but I’ll keep them to myself for now 😂 Whatever it was, it didn’t work... lol
  3. Why the heck was he allowed to violate the NFL covid protocols if the NFL knew he was unvaccinated?
  4. There is a difference. If you’re unvaccinated you have to be out a minimum of 10 days, even if you have no symptoms. If you’re vaccinated and have covid you can be back as quickly as 48 hours if you have no symptoms. If you do have symptoms you have to be symptom free for 48 hours and then have 2 negative covid tests. So in theory he could be back as soon as 4 days. But we now know he is unvaccinated, so it’ll be a minimum of 10 days.
  5. I’m seeing some reports that he’s out for 10 days. If that’s true, he’s 100% not vaccinated. That would bring up an awful lot of questions. Did he lie to the NFL about his vaccine status? Did he lie to the packers? If the packers knew he wasn’t vaccinated, did they lie to the NFL? Has the NFL known all along and been allowing him to break protocols?
  6. He can try to say he never said he was vaccinated but he was asked directly if he was vaccinated and he said “yes”. Did he ever have covid before now (I tried to Google it and couldn’t find anything saying he had covid before today)? If not I don’t even see how he could claim he just meant he was “immunized” from having covid before. Either he was straight up lying or Ian Rapoport is just assuming he’s unvaccinated because of how quickly he was ruled out, which was my first thought as well when I saw he was ruled out. Then I googled it and saw Rodgers claiming he was vaccinated. So now I am kind of waiting to see if Rapoport’s reporting is confirmed by the packers/Rodgers. The protocols are slightly different for vaccinated individuals that have symptoms. https://www.prideofdetroit.com/2021/9/6/22659357/2021-nfl-covid-19-protocols-rules-differences-between-vaccinated-unvaccinated-players they need to be symptom free for 48 hours and then return 2 negative tests. So if he is vaccinated and has symptoms, could that be why they ruled him out? (48 hours symptom free + 2 negative tests 48 hours apart = at least 4 days, if I’m understanding the protocol correctly)
  7. What rules? When Rodgers was asked if he was vaccinated he said yes. I was just wondering if he was lying. I wasn’t talking about NFL covid protocols.
  8. So was Rodgers straight up lying in the offseason then when he said he was vaccinated? https://www.cbs58.com/news/aaron-rodgers-announces-hes-been-vaccinated-but-not-going-to-judge-teammates-who-arent
  9. When Saleh heard Wilson went to work with his QB coach during the bye week I can understand why his first thought was “why not just bring John Beck here?” but I’m not sure I agree with his thinking. I could see if they replaced the QB coach on staff. But the way things stand I feel like this just creates a potential source of conflict. What are the chances these 2 QB coaches don’t see eye to eye on everything? What type of power dynamic does this create? What if they have conflicting views on how they want Wilson doing certain things? Then who does Wilson listen to? Who does the team/Saleh listen to? Robert Saleh said the plan as of now is for Beck to go back to his QB coaching business in the offseason but would Wilson be allowed to work with him? I feel like the NFL and/or other teams could take issue with that as a way for the Jets to work around the CBA to get Wilson more time with team coaches.
  10. Not sure if I buy this but I guess we should wait for the blood test results. Having been in a pretty severe accident before myself, I can attest to being very dazed and confused from the impact. The police came and I was so dazed from the impact that I couldn’t really even explain what had just happened in the accident. About the only thing I was able to tell the police was that she was driving very fast. My ears were ringing. My head was spinning. I had a hard time concentrating on anything being said to me. But I was up and moving/walking around outside the car and had to be talked into even being taken to the hospital. The lady who hit me ended up telling the cops some BS and I got a ticket for the accident even though she was speeding toward a red light and a line of stopped cars (100ft ahead of her) at a very high rate of speed. I had to fight it in court. I’m not saying I believe Rugg’s lawyer, just that I can see where the accident could have caused him to seem impaired. But I definitely question the way his lawyer worded that statement saying Ruggs “doesn’t believe” he was drunk. Why say “doesn’t believe” if Ruggs wasn’t drinking? Why not just say Ruggs wasn’t drinking? Maybe I’m just reading too much into the “doesn’t think” part of the statement, but it seems to me like it’s a good possibility that Ruggs was at least drinking but maybe he thinks he was above the legal limit? At the very least it sounds like he was driving very recklessly though. edit - yup he was drunk
  11. Bummer. I was really hoping for an upgrade at positions of need. The AFC seems pretty wide open this year. But we don’t know what type of deals were out there. So it’s hard to blame Beane for not making a move without knowing what moves (if any) he could have made.
  12. Seems like a nice trade for the jets. I’m guessing KC was mainly just clearing cap space?
  13. Well I guess now we know for sure what his Instagram post meant... lol
  14. Fletcher Cox just posted “forever Philly! ❤️ “ on his Instagram. no idea what it means 😂 https://www.instagram.com/p/CVyQoAkrxzR/
  15. They are definitely much better than last year. It’s going to be 2 tough games against them. Belichick always seems to know how to give our offense fits. McDermott/Daboll have only scored more than 25pts against the Patriots once. The pats are absolutely not the same team as last year, and even last year with that horrid offense and a defense missing a bunch of starters the Bills first win was a close game (24-21). Jones is significantly better than Newton. Their offense is much improved with him at QB and he hasn’t exactly looked like a rookie. He has a good command of that offense and he isn’t getting rattled as easy as rookie QBs usually do. He fits that offense perfectly. Their defense is significantly better than last year too (getting back 5+ starters will do that...). Bills fans should not be overlooking the Patriots. Belichick still knows how to coach. Remember, before they had to field a garbage team last season McDermott hadn’t won a single game against belichick. He lost 6 straight times to NE. And you know NE is going to be out for blood from that 38-9 loss from last season. I expect it to be a hard fought battle against them. The Bills are going to have to play a complete game against them to win. It can’t be a showing like yesterday, or like the Steelers game.
  16. I do. They’re in our division.
  17. Damn it wentz. We really needed the Titans to lose today.
  18. Definitely. How was that not pass interference? ugh I *&$&*$* hate the Titans.

    Dune

Never watched the original or really knew anything about Dune before watching the new movie the other day. I thought it was really good. It was a fun movie to watch in my home theater. Tons of low frequency bass! 😁
  20. Something tells me the Sabres won’t be putting out any happy birthday tweets this year...

  22. Definitely a nice win last night. They were outmatched at times but hung 8n there, kept working hard and were able to get the win. Really liked their 3rd period as other mentioned. Cant stand Tampa Bay. It was nice to see the Sabres beat them!
  23. It now looks like android Tv supports the 4k broadcasts. So if you have a 4K TV that runs android (Sony, Hisense, Philips, Sharp) you should just be able to download the fox sports app right on the Tv and get the 4k broadcasts (I think the baseball game today is in 4k). You may also be able to get the 4k broadcasts if you have an android streaming device (like the Nvidia shield, or the generic android streaming boxes they sell linked below) but I haven’t checked since I don’t own one. https://www.techradar.com/best/android-boxes
  24. Yeah I believe the rumors (at least right now) are coming from houston too, but I believe there is likely some truth to them. Miami has been connected with Watson constantly since the offseason, by a bunch of different sources. Miami may not want the rumors out there but that doesn’t mean they’re not discussing a Watson trade with Houston.
