  1. https://www.buffalobills.com/video/inside-the-locker-room this frank gore interview made me feel a little better. He really spoke highly of this team + coaching staff and thinks this team is destined for great things. He’s been around and knows what it looks like, so his words carry weight IMO.
  2. Probably the Titans or Vikings because neither team has ever won a Super Bowl and I like rooting for the underdog . Texans have never even been to a SB but they aren’t good enough to be a true SB threat this season, and I’m not particularly keen on rooting for them after tonight. I’d also be happy for Andy Reid if KC won. I feel like he deserves a SB win.
  3. I wish I could enjoy this Patriots loss more but I’m still hurting too much from the Bills loss. Obviously I’m happy to see them lose, and I love seeing Brady looking so pissed off. But it just leaves me feeling like “what could have been” today. This would have been the perfect end to a perfect day if the Bills had won (Sabres win, Bills win, Patriots loss, feeling like the Bills are truly taking over the reigns in the AFCE). I’m definitely happy that the Pats lost and aren’t going to Super Bowl #4 in a row. The Bills record is safe, at least for a while. I don’t see any way the Pats are going to go to 4 in a row in the Brady era now, so that’s nice. But u,timstelt it’s hard to be too happy right now with the way the Bills season ended.
  4. He will only be in the 3rd year of his contract, so the Bills still have his 4th year + a 5th year option. I don’t think I’d say that the Bills have to decide whether to give him a long term deal by the end of next season. All they’ll really have to decide on for sure is if he’s worth the 5th year option.
  5. There needs to be a voting option for “too soon to tell yet”. I think hes definitely trending in the direction of being our franchise QB, and I’m more hopeful about Allen than any QB the Bills have had in a long time. But I think it’s too soon to say definitively that he’s a franchise QB. Right now, he’s probably more in line with “average starter”. That mid tier of QBs, but I think his ceiling is sky high and he has the work ethic and smarts to get there. But only time will tell. I’m very hopeful that he will take another step forward next season, but I’ve been a Bills fan for a long time so I’m cautious about being too optimistic.
  6. I still can’t believe they lost this game. What a brutally painful loss. Im usually pretty good at finding the silver lining but I’m having a tough time pulling much positive from this game (outside of the young players getting some playoff experience). I’m still feeling good about the team’s future, but this was a painful loss. I think part of what makes this loss so painful is that it erases some of the trust this team had earned with the fans (or at least me), as far as “Buffalo Bills fan syndrome” or whatever you want to call it (expecting them to choke, etc). I felt like maybe the Bills had finally turned the page on all the years of finding inventive new ways to choke/collapse and lose games. But this loss makes it tougher to believe that’s true. I think they just just need to stay the course though. There’s no reason for any drastic changes IMO. Bring back the coaching staff (including Daboll), add some free agents to continue filling holes + adding depth. Have another good draft, etc. I still think this team is headed in the right direction. But this loss is going to sting for a while, I think. Hopefully the players + coaches will all learn and grow from this and be driven to attack the offseason just that much harder now. Hopefully this loss will ultimately turn into something positive... ?‍♂️
  7. Thanks for sharing this. I was confused by the blindside call because I thought he blocked him head on, but this makes sense. So the rule is that He’s not allowed to make a block at all if he’s moving toward his own end zone, correct?
  8. Same to you buddy. Sorry if I’m emotional after a heart breaking loss. It’s not like I’m on here always talking trash or putting this team down. I ALWAYS support this team and find reasons to be optimistic. Right now I’m just pissed. I feel sick to my stomach over this loss.
  9. So many little things killed them. But yeah, that was the final nail.
  10. I honestly kind of hope that nobody shows up at the airport to greet these a-holes and pat them on the back for pissing away a game they had in total control. Im sick of celebrating moral victories and loser teams. I mean, they did have a good season and all, but this game was there for the taking and they let 1 stupid sack turn the entire game. So damn soft. I hope everyone learns from this. This team needs a to find its killer instinct. This game should’ve been put away in the first half. Too many points left on the field. And McDermott needs to stop playing it so safe. A 13pt lead ain’t *****. I honestly hope he learns from this. He’s smart enough to. Edit - I was really aggravated when I wrote this and let my emotions get the best of me. That was a super painful loss. It’s going to take some time to get over this one. I’ve been a fan a long time, and all these painful losses takes a toll. It’s hard to stay positive sometimes.
  11. Epic meltdown for the ages that all seemed to start from a friggin sack by JJ Watt where we still kicked s field goal. What an embarrassment.
  12. We are going to blow this ***** game. Unbelievable. Un freaking believable.
  13. I feel sick to my stomach right now. The Bills were dominating this game and now seem to be falling apart. It ain’t over yet, but they need to get their **** together real quick.
  14. He was open. Bad pass. Defense has to stop houston’s offense on this drive and turn the momentum back in our favor or I think we are in deep ****.
  15. Oh man, are they seriously going to blow this damn game?
  16. Come on offense. Get this game back under control.
  17. Ever since that JJ Watt sack, the Texans have life again. Bills offense needs to answer back here.
  18. Come on now Josh. Settle back in and do your thing!
  19. I’m a bit surprised he’s not getting any interviews for head coaching jobs. I know young offensive minds are all the rage, but still.
  20. Ugh, tough field position again. Their punter is so damn good, and consistent.
