I think it all depends on what happens over the next couple/few weeks. Everything seems to be closing rapidly right now, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they do cancel the rest of the season. The last time it happened was during the 1919 Stanley cup finals iirc. I believe they were in game 5 of the finals and just cancelled the Stanley cup for that season. Ill be interested to to see how they decide draft position if they do.

Live Press conference w/NY governor: -All bars and restaurants closed in NY. They coordinated with NJ and Connecticut to close bars in all 3 states. -They will have the capacity to test 7000 per day. -Trying to get army corps of engineers to come and retrofit hospitals but no luck so far. Thinks they’re going to run out of hospital space. -All casinos and gyms gyms closed. -all closings go into effect at 8pm. -local govt.’s reduce to 50% work force Private businesses encouraged to do the same -State will provide masks for all first responders; police and EMT, etc. new casss in NY: - 950 confirmed cases -7 deaths -158 hospitalized -Wyoming and Allegheny have new cases. Yeah same here! I had read rumors that it may be postponed until May or June. It’ll be interesting to see how everything is set up, from draft parties to the war room (as mentioned above) etc. I wonder if it will all be modified? I feel like It still could get postponed though.

Boy I’d sure love it if the U.S. tested that many people, you know, so we actually knew how many infected we had. South Korea began ramping up testing procedures within weeks of the outbreak in Wuhan and were testing 10,000 people a day with drive-up testing sites all over the country. They listened to the experts and immediately took action to contain the spread.

Yeah I feel like it’s just a matter of time at this point. NYC closed all bars/restaurants (they can still deliver). Ohio closed all bars. Schools closing around the country. Large events/gatherings being banned. Tells you how serious this is that MGM is voluntarily walking away from millions and millions of dollars. Hopefully all these closing will flatten the curve.

Happy that free agency is starting. It’ll be nice to have the distraction. I just hope that free agents not being able to see the Bills facilities and culture in the building won’t hurt their chances. Beane needs to get creative and put together a virtual tour of the facilities or something. lol
