Don’t know how legit the source is, but it would definitely make sense w/his relationship with Anthony Lynn. -
Free Agency News and Updates - around the league

Yeah it was weird seeing the way they were all announced on the Bills website. I took a a screen shot. They all say “report: Bills acquire/sign”. Then you read the article and it says stuff like this: https://www.buffalobills.com/news/report-bills-swing-blockbuster-trade-with-vikings-for-wr-stefon-diggs Its weird to see an unofficial official announcement from the team. lol -
This new generation of consoles has me excited!

Did they mention anything about being able to expand hard drive space? That was one of the things I liked most about the new Xbox. It comes with a 1 TB solid state drive but They’re also selling 1 TB plug in expanded hard drives that you can easily swap in and out, and that will somehow work just like the internal solid state drive (so, just as fast). The external hard drives we use now for Xbox/PlayStation aren’t SSD so I’m not sure if they’ll be compatible, and even if they are I would guess they would greatly reduce load speeds, etc.

They are officially invoking the defense production act. Was announced today. Very happy to hear that. Hopefully production of ventilators, masks etc will be ramped up. About a week ago I saw a company that produces ventilators saying that they have the capability to ramp up production 5 x. So hopefully that will happen now. edit - here’s the article I was referring to:

Not sure yet. Her boss called her at home and told her they had 2 inpatient cases and to stay home for now. Then they called her back a few mins later and said “never mind, we need you to come in”. So I’m guessing she will find out more details later. I’m not sure if they are new patients that maybe caught it before they came in, or if someone brought it in or what. She has has issues with her immune system, so not only is she worried for all the patients, she’s a bit worried about herself as well. I feel bad for her. I know she’s spooked. One thing I know is that they will take every precaution they can there. They already deal with a lot of high risk patients with compromised immune systems and have a lot of restrictions in place. I have confidence in the way they will handle it. ———————————————- Felt this was worth sharing: I cant tell you how grateful I am for all the healthcare workers on the front lines dealing with this around the world. They are heroes in my eyes.

Pats are gonna tank and bottom out
BillsFan4 replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Even if they wanted to tank, they had the #1 defense in NFL last year. That defense won’t allow them to win only a game or two. And neither will belichick’s coaching. From a patriots beat writer on the Athletic: https://theathletic.com/1683325/2020/03/17/tom-brady-bucs-patriots-free-agency/ I believe this to b the case and I think Belichick will want to prove that. I actually think he will want to prove that he can win with another QB who’s not a top pick in the draft (Stidham maybe). No way he tanks though. He’s too consumed by winning, and he won’t want people thinking Brady was the reason for the dynasty. -
Testing numbers as of today. The U.S. is still lagging way behind every other country in testing. I’m still reading all sorts of stories on social media of people with symptoms who can’t get wasted. I just read a twitter thread from Lizzie O’Leary (contributing writer for the Atlantic) saying that’s she’s 6 months pregnant, has an auto immune disorder and has a cough, fever, headache and chest tightness but can’t get tested. Says she’s been directed to call about 5 different places but none could test her. Best they could do was give her a flu test to rule that out. I sure hope they get a handle on testing soon. This should not be happening in the United States.

The Death of the "Patriot Way"
BillsFan4 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I said the same thing to a friend today. It’s going to be tougher for Belichick to grind so hard on guys without Brady setting the example. Sure, it may be alright for a bit, while they still have some of their other long tenured veteran players (like Mccourty, Slater, Edelman, etc). But we will see how long it lasts. I remember what happened to those super bowl Bills teams and the winning culture they built as core players slowly left/retired. https://www.bostonherald.com/2020/03/17/patriots-winning-culture-wont-walk-out-door-with-tom-brady/ ^ boston media seems to think the winning culture stays as long as long as Belichick does, and maybe they’re right. It’s hard to bet against his track record. I think his coaching style could become an issue, especially if there are any hard feeling among players about the Brady negotiations (if they feel he was pushed out). We will see... -
Tom Brady to TB - 2Yrs, $50M all gtd no trade clause
BillsFan4 replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tampa also plays New England in 2021. I can’t really even imagine Watching Brady play against the patriots (assuming he’s still playing). That will be very strange. It’s going to be strange seeing the Bills face Brady in another uniform too. Glad we never had to see Jim Kelly in another uniform. Seeing Bruce and Thurman was tough enough. -
Same here! I can’t express just how much of a welcomed distraction it’s been. I

Any else’s email inbox getting filled up with letters from companies on the steps they’re taking to battle coronavirus? I’ve received at least a dozen in the last few days. Just got one from my veterinarian’s office saying that they will only allow 1 patient into their office at a time. To wait in your car and call them to check in by phone. Another from Microsoft saying they will be closing their stores for now. Lots more with various precautions and steps being taken. This is all so surreal.

https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/03/17/demand-surges-for-buccaneers-season-tickets/ Season ticket sales already through the roof in Tampa. You can’t even buy them on ticket master right now. They out you in a wait line of 1000+ people. I didn’t realize Tampa Bay has the 2nd longest playoff drought in the NFL (12 years). -
Yes they sure do. I always had Nintendo, sega then Xbox 360. I was never all that into gaming, played here and there. But I’ve been playing more over the last few years when I bought the new Xbox one. Then I bought that pro account at game stop, started getting that free game magazine they send you and started paying attention to all the exclusive games PlayStation had. I ended up buying a PS4 when they had that $199 sale a while back. Their exclusive games blow Xbox out of the water. Horizon zero dawn. God of war. Uncharted. Spider-Man. I’m currently playing the yakuza series. The story is amazing. I accidentally played #6 first not realizing it was the series end. But the story hooked me. So I played 0, 1, 2 and am 1/2 way through #3 with 4 & 5 next. Xbox had an amazing deal going on their Xbox ultimate, where you could convert 3 years of Xbox gold to Xbox ultimate for free (which gives you game pass for PC and console + Xbox gold). It transfers to the new series X, and many of the new games coming out this year will offer a free upgrade to the series S game when it comes out. I know ill eventually buy both both of them. Just have to decide which to get first.

Gonna go out on a limb and say Belichick retires
BillsFan4 replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think just the opposite. I think he will be more driven than ever to prove that his “patriot way” was the main reason for the NE dynasty. I think he might even be invigorated by this reset & trying to develop a new franchise QB. Ill be absolutely shocked if he retires.
