  1. I kept thinking to myself in OT, give Singletary the ball, give Singletary the ball. Instead one pass play after another. I wonder If all those folks that hate a conservative run 1st O got their collective bellys full in OT.
  2. Very happy with Dukes play. Size matters...
  3. You get what I'm saying though? Like the play to Duke Williams in the end zone, great pass, Williams would have scored the TD. Opposition's DB made a great play and prevented the TD. I don't call that playing awful on O.
  4. You know theres a difference between playing awful and the oppositions D making some good plays. You get that right?
  5. Thought we should have at least one Topic of discussion with a positve spin. I haven't seen a Bills RB with moves like that since the days of Thurman Thomas.
  6. Awful for much of the game? Hmmmm, ok
  7. I don't think there's a lineman in the NFL that would turn away and not make the same block. Probably cost us the game. Another play on a critical drive for the Texans they clearly ran out of time on the play clock. No call
  8. Anticipation is killing me. Oh Josh...
  9. I understand, Being the big homer that I am, I'll still take Josh...
  10. Josh Allens arm strength is unmatched by anyone in the history of the NFL and its not even close. It gives Allen the ability to reach distances and at a higher velocity then anything we have ever seen. A longer learning curve goes with the territory. We're just scratching the surface...
  11. Sorry to hear, pets are like family members sometimes, and it can be really hard to see them go. Our family had a toy poodle that I became close to from early childhood. My older brother ran over him with the family station wagon when I was 16. Cried my eyes out. Still miss that dog. My condolences.
  12. Speaking of Yeldon, Anyone think this guy could be a late bloomer? I liked the way he was running vs a stingy Jets D. Both him and the big Duke looked the part IMO...
  13. My original post was to compare 1 game of Williams as Barkleys go to guy to 1 season of Foster ( 2019 ) With a little help I kind of got pulled away from my original point. Metric's, geeesh... Its all good...
  14. Touche' Mr WEO Great athlete, of that there is no doubt. Can Jackson keep it going through the playoffs? I guess we're about to find out.
  15. I'll pass this info on to Paris If you don't mind. I'll also get her seating info this week and give you a shout back. I already told her I have a friend from our Bills forum that lives in Texas that I thought might be going. Awesome. My niece wants to get Jim Kellys signature on her football and I'm sure he will make it to the game. Perhaps you can give her a hand. I know your not bashful at all about mixing it up with Bills players.
  16. Allen has the most rushing TD's in the league from the QB position so go figure. If nobody figured Jackson out yet what happened vs Buffalo? It hard to argue with 36 TD's, so you got me there...
  17. My army Brat niece is taking her husband and 5 year old son to his 1st ever live NFL game. She's stationed in San Antonio and is taking advantage of the location. A football that was given to her at a practice back in 92 in Ferdonia by Caldwell Gardener is going along for the ride. It originated from a pass by Jim Kelly and after Gardner had dropped it the ball rolled off the practice field. My niece picked it up and kind of rolled it back to him. The giant of a man picked the ball up and handed it back to her, ruffled her hair and took off back onto the practice field. My niece became a Bills fan for life. She was only 4 years old at the time and cherishes the memory. As did my late Dad who had taken her to the practice.. Naturally the good luck ball (we call it) has taken on special meaning over the years. The good luck ball is going to Houston. Note: Correction on the location
  18. Did the Ravens annihilate Buffalo? With that in mind do you honestly think the Bills are that much better then the Packers? Speaking of arm do you realize the Ravens have a run 1st O and Lamar Jackson has one of the lowest pass attempts in the league? Again Mike Vick Ii and the league will learn how to stop him If injury doesn't stop him 1st IMO.
  19. The league will learn how to counter Lamar Jackson by stopping the run. The hits Jackson takes will start adding up IMO. No way even with what I know now am I taking the second coming of Mike Vick over Josh Allen. Can Jackson beat QB's like Mahomes or Rodgers with his arm? I think not Time will tell...
  20. Listed as 4 with 3 GS, 12 receptions, 166 yards
  21. Robert Foster 13 games, 3 receptions, 64 yards, height 6' 2" weight 196 Duke Williams, 1 game, 6 receptions, 108 yards, height 6' 3" weight 225 Williams is bigger then Foster and given the opportunity plays bigger then Foster.
  22. Duke for the most part became Barkleys go to guy vs the Jets. Foster has had his moments, but very few and far between.
  23. As young as McD might be I think good coaches spin off of good coaches and Daboll is taking notes on how McD is building a championship caliber football team. I for one am not at all a fan of losing Daboll...
  24. I agree, albeit Barkley was rusty which is not surprising. For mostly backups I came away from the game thinking If our backups had more play time they might actually win some football games. I think it was a good opportunity for the Bills coaching staff to scout out our own players and perhaps add a few wrinkles by way of athletes into the game plan the league hasn't seen much of yet. Williams and Yeldon are good wrinkles IMO.
