  1. Even reffered to Josh as the man, I'm just saying...
  2. Best thoughts in no particular order ever...
  3. NFL shop has some nice ski caps, but going quickly AFC East Champions Muppy!!!!
  4. 2nd and goal at the 22 yard line, No problem, send long haired dude straight down the middle like an arrow to the heart. ( can't remember his name ) Take that 30 and goal...
  5. I keep telling people Barkley can win football games...
  6. Tua's throwing velocity is a half mile slower then Deshaun Watson ( 53.5, 54 ) and makes up for it with the fastest release time in the NFL. You can't teach the kind of pin point accuracy Tua displayed for Alabama IMO. Lamar Jackson will be the Ravens franchise QB for the next 10 years...( IMO ) (On a side note at one time Ryan Fitzpatrick was ranked 31 out of 32 starters in throwing velocity.)
  7. Wide right was clearly a time for tears. Among other things...
  8. Without the 12th man it becomes more about who the best or worst matchups for Buffalo is IMO. Avoiding Chubb or Derrick Henry would be a good thing. Playing them in bad weather conditions, not so good.
  9. If Buffalo clinches the division tomorrow it might be wise to quarantine/rest key starters until the playoffs begin. Especially If the 1st seed becomes impossible to reach. Players like Allen, Diggs and Beasley on O. Edmunds, White, Poyer and Hyde on D. I would...
  10. I might also get a little teary eyed over Josh winning the AFC Championship.
  11. Star is born every day. Real time we really don't know for sure how great they will become. Lots of one hit wonders. We can all speculate until they deliver with post season wins and championships. Jalen Hurst in the NFC might be that next guy. While football is a team sport I've always viewed the QB of a football team like a pitcher in baseball. Wins and losses a measurement of their game management skills. Yardage means nothing when you lose football games IMO.
  12. Brees has won a championship, Brady, more then one. Rodgers, Russell Wilson. I realize we're talking about young QB's, but before we talk about the league being lopsided I think these so called over the hill signal callers might have something to say about it IMO. Aside from Mahomes (and Big Ben), all the other young signal callers in the AFC haven't really accomplished much IMO. QB's likeTua, Herbert, and Burrows, haven't accomplished anything. Don't get me wrong, Herbert looked very impressive vs the Raiders. Tua almost beats K C with his teamates dropping like flys.
  13. Raiders were sucking on short yardage. With that being said I was thinking the same. Stopping Herbert from scoring a TD was just not going to happen IMO. Might get a safety.
  14. Repeat it one more time and I'll believe you really mean it.
  15. Allen kicks butt in a Dome and runs a finesse Offense IMO. Without the 12th man involved I can definitely see advantages to playing in climate controlled or good weather conditions which by the way is something the Bills may have had up to this point at the Ralph. Not anymore. Do you think it would be good to have Allens arm neutralized in a snow storm vs Derrick Henry? I don't...
  16. Something most teams try to accomplish IMO. Until Beasley starts making them pay. The rookie Gabriel Davis flying under the radar keeps getting better and better... Somethings got to give... Thread topics looking good on the front page of TSW fellas... ...winning...
  17. Traveling is an added distraction and danger this season IMO. I will say Allen in a Dome setting or nice weather conditions on the outside is not such a bad thing. I think Buffalo for the most part runs a finesse Offense IMO. Favorable to good playing conditions. Facing a RB like Derrick Henry in bad weather does not appeal to me... ( or Chubb )
  18. While Josh Allen is not afraid to give his body up for the team the more dangerous aspects of his game from an injury standpoint are occuring with less frequency IMO. Combine that with a very tough, durable body and the Bills back up is unlkely to see any action IMO. Besides that Matt Barkley knows the O well and in all of his previous scattered playing time Barkley has never had a supporting cast and coaching staff as good as Buffalo can give him. Myself personally, Matt Barkley can win football games for the Buffalo Bills IMO. It might be done in a more conservative manner, but it can be done.
  19. I can't speak for Josh Allen , but it would not surprise me If Allen has a little say in who he wants to confide in on the sidelines IMO. Myself personally, Barkley at the very least will play 500 football with the talent around him IMO. If your expecting more then that from him then he probably shouldn't be a backup...( @LeGOATski) Why, to stand on the sidelines?
  20. If you think about it, below the upright with most of the football in, in all likelihood would donk in off the upright IMO. Seems like when its above the upright and that close it should be called good IMO.
  21. I remember how it used to feel back in the day with Jim Kelly at the helm and with a good D backing him up.. We can beat anyone. Any time, any place. During the regular season I looked forward to the tougher matchups with great anticipation. We have Josh Allen now with lots of talent around him. We have McD's D. I'm starting to feel that way again...
  22. I agree, make them stop what you do best 1st before making any adjustments. Josh Allen is good at buying extra time with his legs. I think getting the RB's more involved in the Offense as of late has helped a great deal when it comes to making halftime adjustments IMO.
  23. If Barkleys starting with 2nd and 3rd string players game 16 it does nothing to help the fish vs the Bills in the playoffs IMO. Fish could take a bigger team out round 1 or 2, Myself personally because we are familiar they don't scare me. (Hopefully I won't regret saying that , but its true.) Probably not happening anyway. The Dolphins chances of making the playoffs are slim IMO.
  24. Being familiar with how Fitz or a rookie will perform under pressure is not necessarily a bad thing IMO. Would you prefer trying to stop Chubb, Derrick Henry, or how about Lamar Jackson?
