  1. I like seeing the backups and rookies through preseason because thats where the more important decisions will take place IMO. Starters will get plenty of game play soon enough IMO. Lots of players on the opposition trying to earn a spot on their roster and a big hit on the QB looks good. Showcase Mitch Trubisky and Fromm a little and let them take the hits. I'm interested in seeing how well Trubisky can get the job done.
  2. Trubisky has proven he can win in the NFL for starters IMO. New system, groomed by Josh Allen. I'm not say there wouldn't be a better QB elsewhere. On the other hand it would not surprise me If after working with Trubisky for a season. Brian Daboll reaches a confidence and comfort level high enough to desire Mitch Trubisky's help with a new franchise. With all due respect Bill from NYC. ; )
  3. How many of these viruses you speak of since the dawn of time was was not naturally occuring? Life is precious and regardless of age groups or ones health it should be protected...
  4. Touche N95 does, follow the science...
  5. Walking around carrying the delta variant is the equivalent of walking around with a ticking time bomb IMO. You get that right? Are we allowed to walk the streets carrying highly radioactive material? Explosives? If I swallowed an explosive device does it make it legal? When what you do with your body kills my loved ones you must realize that its not fair to those of us that are doing everything we can to protect everyone around us including ourselves. The virus may have been engineered in a lab to do exactly what its doing. Do you suggest our goverment sits back and does nothing to protect its people? With all due respect.
  6. Shaw as excited as I am for the new season to begin. Myself personally, the run game and TE position was not addressed/upgraded as well as perhaps it should/could have been IMO. Najee Harris appeared to be within reaching distance. The Bills best fit in the pass catching T J Yeldon was sent packing IMO.??? Buffalo's main FA acquisition is a backup QB that has a greater chance of being called into action now because our biggest threat to run the football is still Josh Allen. Allen may have the best throwing arm the NFL has ever seen. Longevity would be nice. Adequate security blankets at the TE and RB position go a long ways in making it happen. With that being said our Bills football team is already sprinkled with greatness. Dare I even say elite at a few positions. None greater then Josh Allen. Thanks for a great Rockpile review to get our taste buds going my friend. Now lets Boogie woogie Basham our way to the big dance!!!
  7. Russ Brandon was an expert on inflicting pain. I'll give him that, like when he sent a veteran Oline packing so the holy Trent could get twisted up like a pretzel. Sprinkle in T O with a hurt toe for good measures. Love Ertzs...
  8. The Bills needed some kind of spark in the biggest game the franchise has seen in decades. QB and O that had been on fire all season was struggling. I realize its only one play and perhaps it wouldn't have even mattered. Point is Yeldon makes the big catch when called upon in the same game after sitting on the practice squad almost all season. The kind of catch Yeldon can routinely make. Better fit for the Bills O. Better all around player IMO. High hopes for the speedster Brieda...
  9. I feel the same about Singletary. T J Yeldon was drafted higher. Yeldon has more experience in the league, good size, catching abilities and knows the O. Championship caliber coaching at the college level and used as a do it all work horse for Saban. Not being drafted by the Beane head was Yeldons biggest problem IMO.
  10. What I don't understand is the reluctance to use the pass catching abilities of T J Yeldon. Higher draft choice then both Moss and Singletary and Yeldon did appear threatening in the AFC Championship. Connects with one of the hardest throws/catches of the day. Singletary meanwhile is falling flat on his face. I don't get it. Bring back Yeldon and use him... ... I regress...
  11. Daboll may have to force the issue a little If indeed Ertz becomes a Buffalo Bill. Good posting man, thanks
  12. Ertz could have helped make up for the injuries. At 6 5 less seperation is needed. Beasley shouldn't have even been in the game then IMO.
  13. The Bills O lacks physicality in my humble opinion. Josh Allen lacks a TE security blanket he feels is adequate enough to target. Erts helps in both area's IMO. The Chiefs manhandling of the Bills WR's showed just how one dimensional the Bills O has gotten IMO.
  14. If statistically Allens numbers go down in the passing game yet Buffalo wins a championship do you call this regression? A better run game could accomplish both IMO. Myself personally, getting the O set for the right play at the right time run or pass is much more important then QB stats IMO. and I think Josh Allen gets it...
  15. Great post, Racism is primarily used as a tool now to further ones agenda.
  16. "The Boogie man "Basham would be my Defensive choice.
  17. Biggest steal of the draft. I'm with you on this...
  18. Gabriel Davis having a break out season.
  19. Undependable is about the worst description you could give what is traditionally called a TE security blanket for the QB. I agree with the description.
  20. Both the Bucs and Chiefs include the TE as an actual weapon in their O and not an after thought which makes the Bills even more one dimensional. We're not talking about what works best for the GOAT. Better ball distributation to more weapons forces the opposition to game plan and play call accordingly. The Chiefs Teed off on our WR's because its all they had to worry about IMO... ( Andy Reid knows when and how to run the football ) On a side note Tom Brady has won 7 Championships. 6 under a HC that understood the importance of a good run game. The same could be said about Saban/ Alabama at the college level.
  21. As was explained by another poster, become one dimensional and the opponent tees off on your one dimension.
  22. ESPN makes case that Bills’ Josh Allen could be even better in 2021
