IMO, right wing populism is more appealing than left wing populism because it’s easy to understand - “I don’t like you, so I will put this person in power that will stomp you out” whereas left wing populism requires you to read 97 different texts from people who died 200 years ago to have the slightest understanding of their goals. False! City centers will still be desirable places for recreation and relaxation, and they are going to be necessary to address the housing crisis in America. Single-family sprawl is both financially and environmentally unsustainable.
