I get your point and agree the #1 seed does have an advantage But the sentiment of the Bills having to run a gauntlet and what not, I mean should the Bills just opt out of the playoffs. I get the sentiment, I really do, and I'm sure the Bills will find find some excruciating way to lose in the playoffs, or dare I say Super Bowl, but at least they have a chance?

Is it not a gauntlet for any team to make it to the Super Bowl? Even KC still has to win two games to make it back to the SB.

How was the game over? A 3 and out gives the Bills the ball back. I am not saying the Bills would win. All I am saying it gave them a CHANCE. That is why everyone is so mad (on top of the historical late game (and late first half) mishaps). I'm not mad about the declining 4th & 7. I'm disappointed about the timeout. It was such an obvious mistake.

I understand that % is very low and that defense was not making stops... BUT At least it would give the Bills a chance. Calling a timeout ended that chance

I wont have time to listen to post game stuff tonight and I know McDermott will NOT give an answer anyhow. Will someone please post any rationale why you would call a timeout? It does not make sense.
