Because he is not the best in the league. Heck, Gillislee averaged more yards a carry than he did. I for one, get very frustated at times by his running style. Having said that, he is fun to watch when he is going good.
Watching the NFL network, when they promote the league, he was one of the three guys they would show.
I don't watch nfl network so I can't comment on that but leading the nfl in rushing since he came into the league is a massive accomplishment

Why does Shady McCoy never get the recognition he deserves as a running back? Since he came into the league he leads the NFL in rushing yards. He will surpass 10k if he has a good season this year. He is on a HoF pace and he most certainly is a HoF.
So why doesn't he ever get mentioned as the best in the league? It was Adrian and Marshawn. Now it's Leveon Bell , David Johnson and zeke.
All those guys are extremely talented but wake me up when David Johnson is closing in on 10k.
I feel shady always runs with a chip on his shoulder because he feels he is overlooked and when he rips it for 1500 yards and 15 TDs he will still be
If shady runs us too the playoffs he should most certainly be in MVP consideration. I guess I feel like we have the closest thing since Barry sanders and nobody realizes it but us

UB program profile:
So this guy was a 4 year starter! (a good thing) and 38th ranked prospect in Michigan. A very good football talent state.
So again, how did he NOT land in a major program?
QB is a fraternity in HS, College and the Pros.
If you aren't part of "the circuit" you get overlooked. It is much more common in like California but he probably didn't go around to all the national QB camps so he lacks the notoriety because USC, UCLA, Miami, Mich, etc all recruit QBs out of the circuit

The 2 practices I saw were pretty poor. Regardless, the only thing that matters is how he looks in love situations. I'm still not expecting a significant step up though.

It's only January/February if he gets back into the USADA testing pool immediately. The 6 months and change he owes on his suspension are (for lack of a better term) suspended until he "unretires".

If they hired me as a recruiter, I'd make them a powerhouse. They can do so much better than they are doing. Bring back Turner Gill!

We aren't in Florida or Texas. There aren't many great recruits around WNY, like legit 3-4-5* guys.
4 year varsity starters who are beasts are given 0-1 or 2 * usually.
So it's easier for them to go to Texas and Florida and grab their 1-2-3* guys. But it's really hard to sway a Florida kid on UB... unless we are their only offer

The week before that game, UB scores is down 20 in the 4th to Bowling Green and still wins in OT. Then there was the Temple Hail Mary winner. That was a great year.

I just watched the 2008 MAC championship when UB beat #12 Ball State 42-24. David Letterman was so pissed he spent his next show ragging on Buffalo.
The trio of Willy, James Starks and Naaman Roosevelt were the best in school history.
But yes that team was by far the best UB football team.

The kayfabe "we're leaving if Bork loses" schtick should not be taken seriously. Regardless, he still has to serve his suspension for the PED thing. The earliest they could fight is 2018, assuming that Brock gets back into the testing pool ASAP. He also has to serve his suspension, get into fighting shape, hype the hell out of the superfight, etc.

Nobody CONSISTENTLY pressures Brady up the middle. Which is how you make him jump right to left and vice versa. He loses his timing and his rythem so his mechanics are off.
Most rush Brady from the outside which allows him to STEP UP INTO THE POCKET where he still is on time and rythem...

Brady is one of the worst in the NFL when under pressure.
That's how you beat him. Rex seemed to get that in the Monday night game last year, I don't know what the heck he was doing in every other game.
When you knock Brady off his mark HE STRUGGLES HEAVILY.

Is he going to be a qb or a TE then? I like this kid and I liked the hire of their coach at the time. This is a big year for UB.
Side note, bet the over on Syracuse wins. Very good coach there.
If he wants to be an NFL QB he has much to improve on.
He has some accuracy issues but the talent is there.

I have no idea about that status of Brock's WWE deal but I'm assuming UFC would want it to be expired to avoid a hefty Vince fee.

I give 100% in everything so i can never be disappointedMy kids thought when they were young that I was pleased with their success in sports. They were wrong. I was thrilled with their effort! That continues to this day, even now that the "glory days" are gone. The best is hopefully still ahead.

They were way above average, but watching the older son play against the UNC players at the Dean Dome showed how big the gap is. The GREAT guys can come in late and will get the time to learn football. Dareus is a gazillionaire not because of his work ethic. Bruce came in and BECAME a HOF player when he decided to WORK. Physical talent plus work ethic can do it in football, even if you start "late in life'.

It definitely is recognition! But will he ever be recognized as an all pro with the bills? Who was our last all pro? Dareus or Kyle?
