  1. Also as I said the other day ... Snow doesn't hurt an offense ... It hurts a defense more We just clutch up at the 25 The offense has ALL the advantages rn
  2. Yea but he never even reached that speed in September or October in his career He certainly is made for this kind of game
  3. James cook reached almost 22 mph on that TD run 21.85 mph He is running faster in the weather!
  4. For sure I'm just saying objectively a 3rd rounder isn't your worse pick
  5. Zack Moss was a 3rd round pick and actually is a decent rb He just didn't get carries
  6. Last year in the playoff game the Chiefs went for it on 4th down zero times We went for it three times In the 13 second playoff game The Chiefs attempted one 4th down conversion The bills were four for four The bills are certainly super super aggressive
  7. We've been going for fourth down at a higher clip than just about 90% the league for three plus years now
  8. It's college football and they don't have 12 draft picks It's all fair game... They aren't on a uneven field
  9. Yes but you'll also run into match defenses for man and zone Man match and zone match And both run on alot of principles Like MOD coverage on the outside.. man only deep or man on demand Anything under 6-7 yards underneath can be passed off and turned into zone If the receivers run deeper routes downfield it's man As opposed to man everywhere
  10. Thanks and yea the sling position feels the best It can't stay any other way
  11. It's definitely pretty icy I just slipped in my driveway and smashed my elbow.. definitely not my finest moment I'm in a good amount of pain honestly and my elbow keeps making this funny noise
  12. It's called age injury and wear and tear The average NFL careers 3 years... 10-year veterans are studs Your entire career is dependent on scheme fit, coaching and playing time There are plenty of guys with high-level athleticism who flame out.. and average for NFL level athleticism who become top level players The actual talent Gap in the NFL is very small.. it's those nuances that make the difference And how much a player wants it.. when you get paid millions of dollars it changes some people's want... Who wants a legacy and who wanted to get paid
  13. Well yeah , the league has shifted more towards the pass... I've been playing coaching and scouting my entire life and it took me into the late 2010s to switch how I scout players .. like when I go to an actual football camp and scout up and coming players I was always a traditionalist and modern football has made me realize linebackers like Matt Milano are the future... Not 260 lb lugs who can't play in coverage Same thing with the 340 lb space eater... If you can get a 310 pound guy who gives you more pass rushing and the occasional ability to disrupt the run ... It's better than the guy who destroys the run for one or two downs but gives you zero pass rushing flexibility The days of 255 lb middle linebackers who could stuff the A gap are gone... It's fast high IQ players who give you enough against the run... But can run with tight ends and slot receivers Same with quarterback... I gave my highest evaluations to traditional pocket passes forever... By 2019... I had to rework everything I thought I knew about quarterbacks Because there will never be a traditional Peyton Manning or Tom Brady again... It's all about can you create outside of a scheme while playing within it most of the time... A quarterback who has no ability to create now is a walking back up
  14. Again those are top 5-7 guys.. Carter was considered the best pure player in the draft but nobody wants to take a DT top 5... The return is almost never worth it So he slipped a bit Jordan Phillips is every bit 330 plus but he's a pass rushers not an anchor... We saw what he could do with motivation years ago 9.5 sacks and a force... But 95% of DTs can't sustain that
  15. *Fuhgeddaboudit*
  16. Yea he's not bills type
  17. Jeffery Simmons don't grow in trees lmao And EVERY SINGLE defensive philosophy uses techniques... Our 4 down line and all 4 down lines play 1 and 3 techniques at DT basically It's nothing new A 34 front would use a 0 Tech at DT
  18. You went to Central obviously
  19. Its snowing in a lot of parts of Buffalo area rn
  20. Alot of the top talent in West New York who are power 4 football Worthy go to Syracuse They have a pipeline in the inner city of Buffalo And have a Rochester pipeline But Rutgers Pittsburgh Boston college and Penn st all have fingerprints and recruiting influence on Western New York Outside of the University at Buffalo
  21. The Guido torpedo! The real Italian stallion!
  22. $20 an hour with food .. while potentially hanging out with your friends, family and other bills fans inside Ralph Wilson stadium is an experience by itself For the 3rd ime it's not about the money.. and it's not for people with careers Some people get dropped off from other suburbs and some Bus in from the city.. but the majority are residents who live a mile from the stadium You get your two brothers and sisters.. and a couple of friends, and you go five deep to Ralph Wilson stadium... Shovel for a few hours with friends and family making memories ... Easy peasy for an 18 year old Then when you're 50 you could talk about how I shoveled out Ralph Wilson stadium with my father and it's a memory
  23. Sure , in non state of emergency times People get dropped off too It really is a community thing and it makes the fandom even more special
