  1. not very many rb's play more than 10 games "completely healthy".in fact, I doubt ANY do. Kind of a heads I win, tails you lose wager
  2. Say what you will, but we did have the best rushing attack in the league. At least we didn't downgrade. And for the money we don't have, and a weak class coming out,we could've done much worse...
  3. thanks for the info. Didnt know they gave out exemptions
  4. I think so,depending on his obligation. I think some see a brief summer stint, like the reserves, and others are a bit more. I could be wrong as I'm not an alum of the services, but I seem to recall different lengths of obligations
  5. Hopefully is right. The second might even be worth it. The kid has great hands
  6. I agree. A very good signing. I think folks are going to be shocked at his abilities
  7. My thoughts are meh...he didn't look very fluent at the combine imo. I'd much rather Godwin in the third. I think Robinette goes fourth or later.
  8. I don't know his plans for this D, but speed should and will be addressed. I see Zo being used in obvious blitzing downs and certain sub-packages. But I'm not sold that he's automatically our starting Sam,or any other lb'er. I think it's either draft a Wlb,and put P Brown in the middle, with Rags at sam,or roll with Brown at Weak,Rags in the middle, and find a Sam in the draft.Zo comes off the bench in certain situations. Just my take on it anyway..
  9. He's a kid who smokes pot. And it cost him, more importantly the team and the fans. That's what he did. He is NOT a cancer
  10. Zach Cunningham or Hassan Reddick would be great
  11. and he still might. But with all this versatility, we can line up alot of folks all over the place. I sure hope we get a good WLB in here.McD needs that skills set in particular. We got big time TE's to cover....
  12. alot of versatility so far. I can't wait to see how the peices fit!
  13. Glad he's back,if for nothing else his leadership and professionalism. Fair price too. Maybe some FA's actually are not opposed to signing here, even at a "discount".another solid signing, but that don't leave much more cap. I hope we can get a RT soon and leave the rest to the draft
  14. Yes,he's versatile. And he also has good size to play OT.
  15. I feel like there was alot of love in that tweet
  16. Hopefully we can add Groy into that list as well
  17. Why,Yes,I am. And I'm looking forward to a much needed culture change. But I'm not in the habit of bashing the entire organization during rough times. You're such an awesome poster,FULL of infinite wisdom. That's a fact!
  18. the negativity "Here" can be credited to negative posters. Are you old enough to remember how inept the Pats were before BB & Brady? Yet they managed to change the culture.it was the right time, right people. The Saints, the Bucs...all with SB wins. I wonder how the negative nancy fans felt after their teams turned the corner? Probably not as good as the stick beside, always support your team type of fans.
  19. Captain Checkdown made alot of good plays too. Does that qualify him as one of the better Bills' QB's?
  20. 5-6 solid contributors is not so easy in a standard 7 rd draft. 3 is more an acceptable number. And Whaley flirts with that each year
  21. I heard TT likes to audible at the line...Down,set....Blue 42,Blue 42,Blue...set,,,Cheese! Score!!
  22. ahh, another bash Whaley thread. How refreshing.people complain when we"win" the offseason, complain when we lose the offseason, just to complain.
  23. Given the amount of players under contract on this roster,Id say its obvious we continue to add to it. Regardless of our cap space,Im pleased with the additions so far.6 signings by the end of day one FA was a bit aside from the normal OBD dust settler signings. We had reasonable targets, and we were able to sign them. And were not done yet...
