Im of the belief that our Lb'ers will be moved around alot.Brown had his best year playing Wlb,but can play all three. Rags can man the mike/sam,so lets get a true Will in here and confuse the crap outta teams as to formations and whatnotPreston Brown will probably replace Zo at SAM eventually, I think PB would make a real good SLB in this system
-
Every year this millennium anyway...lolAgreed....like EVERY year!
-
Hustle dont make you a quality starter, which we needBoulware is a hustler. Will compete. Only have so many picks.
-
I hate that we have to play the Pats twice a year
-
Its a must!So you're ok with our LBs being Ragland, Lorax and Ramon Humber? Boulware is bleh. We need a lb with speed
-
He is reported to be entering the Nfl substance abuse program already...not a good start for the kid
-
I release my mock every year on 4/20. Here it is...
No to a broken necked/multiple surgery having WR at 10! And where is our Wlb coming from? Way more of a need than WR in my opinion. We have 9 on the roster, and coach said he believes #2 IS on the roster. As for the rest of your draft....not bad,but not great
1. WR Mike Williams 6'4 218 Clemson
2. CB Quincy Wilson 6'1 211 Florida
3. QB Davis Webb 6'5 229 Cal
5. T Roderick Johnson 6'7 298 Florida St.
5. LB Ben Boulware 6'0 236 Clemson
5. S RayShawn Jenkins 6'1 220 Miami
6. RB Stanley "Boom" Williams 5'7 190 UK
It's a deep corner class, can get a good one in 2nd (I went with Wilson). There is a drop off at WR after Williams and Davis, they can be franchise WRs (I went with Williams).
I like Webbs attributes. Until Taylor proves himself, the more options the better.

This is ideal. A true Wlb,and added picksAnother option if they trade back into the 20's would be Zach Cunningham
-
McDermott's D in Carolina was based off zone with fast, covering Lb'ers. It's a definite position of need, regardless of "scheme".I thought the Bills were installing McDermott's defense and not Leslie Frazier's Tampa 2?
If we go Tampa 2 then the WLB becomes much more important than if we are running McDermott's D he ran in Carolina.

Crazy. Had life by the balls. What a waste.

Cant win the lottery if you don't buy a ticket....A draft pick
-
Not for nothing, but i wish i had a mentor at 23.....id roll the dice in the later rounds. What we got to lose? He's a 23 year old man, which means he should be able to keep HIMSELF in check, and not need a 57 year old man to do it for him.

Love Davis as well! But is he a Wlb? Or a Mlb?? With Rags slotted at the Mike, where would he fit, with the chance to excel, on the roster? Thats why my money is on a true Wlb in Cunningham. .....Cunningham could very well end up being the best LB in this class if you ask me.
Davis out of Florida is also someone who I think could end up being a big time value for a team late in the first early second round.
Heck if we were picking in the late teens I would probably push for Reddick, Cunningham and Davis all day.
-
Personally,a trade back for Zach Cunningham would be my choice. The kid can cover and is a tackling machine. He could stand to add a few pounds, but the kid is experienced and consistent. Otherwise,Reddick would be a good pick at ten just based on his measurables and versatility
-
Elaborate? From what I understand, none of their top 5 targets at 10 are Linebackers.
I call bullshidt

All you Whaley bashers crack me up. He's about to paint his masterpiece. And if not,he's done no worse. The guy can GM
-
You privy to something we aint??No point for Whaley to get 2018 draft picks when he needs a stellar draft his year just to keep his job.
-
Maybe you should find a team with no lb'ers to root for/B word aboutBills spend 4 picks on linebackers and still suck.
-
Potential doesn't equate to a good pick in the top ten. We need a Wlb.Period. if Foster or Reddick are there at ten,or Cunningham after trading back a bit, that's the safest return on that investment. A sure fire hole being filled,as compared to "potential" franchise QB,and the leftover scraps available in the rest of the draft. Personally,I don't see any QB worthy of a top ten pick this year...but thats just meThis would be very Billsy. Spend 4 picks on linebackers in 2 drafts and pass on 3 QBs with franchise potential with no QB of the future on the roster.

RIP Tom. Once a Bill, always a Bill. Condolences to his family
-
Maybe it was fake news and Whaley had his head fixed? That would make him draftable.....😇
wow..i hadn't heard a word about it till now. Kid's got it rough lolIt happened during his pro day I think.
-
Yikes! Wonder if he broke it in a barfight??

Along with the other 30 GM's who didn't put in a waiver claim. The guy is a bustAdam SchefterVerified account @AdamSchefter 24s25 seconds ago
Miami's former third-overall pick, Dion Jordan, reached agreement with Seahawks, as @tompelissero reported.

Whaley asleep again.

He measured in at 6'2&1/8" at the combinewell. There are many reports he is a midget at 6'. Seriously. If you're not 6'1 or more you're not a man.
But there have been reports his height is exaggerated.
