Better than BEFORE prison?? Thats silly. Reid drafted McNabb, then played musical chairs/revolving door journeymen QB's ever since. Yes,he got production,rather the "scheme" got production,but those were veteran signal callers. If he's such a QB whisperer, then why is this the first time since McNabb that he's drafted a first round QB? He has a QB friendly scheme. That doesn't always mean he's some sort of "whisperer" or "guru". I respect Reid alot, but I feel like them kinds of statements are blown waaaaayy out of proportion.Keep in mind, in 2012 alone, he passed on Osweiler,Wilson,and Nick Foles. Just in 2012!

Kinda surprised Philly Brown got the ax so early on in the process. Im guessing he was our insurance policy for slot WR in case we couldnt land one of the top guys in the draft. This reaffirms to me that they see Holmes as WR2 with Zay working the slot at WR3...at least for the early stages of the year. This could be a good group this year😊

He catches everything,and was cheaper than my favorite player in Woods. Good,solid pick.As a side note...maybe McD didnt lie when he said he thought the #2 was on the roster. Seems like the slot would be #3 in terms of lineups/formations. Sammy,Holmes outside. Zay in the slot. With Clay/O'Leary/(Barnidge hopefully), McCoy & J Will,upgraded RT,and We're off! Very impressed our first year HC/GM/Tsar, defensive minded mind you, recognized the value and went Offense 2nd & 3rd rounds.
