Honestly the best way to minimize the impact of your LBs is keep putting points on the scoreboard. Before long the LBs won't be doing anything but cleaning up tackles.

Yeah, so what? 3 points scored before the game was over. When your CBs play as well as ours have and you make it a point to stop the run, nobody cares about the LB performance.

All of his catches last week were when Cooper wasn't on the field. I think you're selling him a little short if you credit Cooper's presence for his break out. No doubt it helps but mostly it is just Keon figuring out how to use his size and body control appropriately to create an open throwing window and leverage at the catch point. It's only gonna get better too. We drafted a physical stud for our physical stud QB... Easy win.

Never had a doubt. Stopping the run is about WILL from the players and INTENT from the coaches. When the offense is missing their best player it's easy to cheat towards stopping the run. Whether your starting MLB is out there or not.

I notice that when officials throw too many flags, it only makes the players chippier. The officials' first job is to keep the players under control. They have utterly failed their job in this one. Just like the MNF Jets crew.
