  1. This game reminded me how difficult our schedule has been this year. We haven't had any layups like this since week two. Other contenders have had several layups. The talent discrepancy in this one was so great that we sleepwalked our way to a three score blowout.
  2. This has happened in a lot of games this year. We give up one easy looking drive early and then shut the offense down for most of the game.
  3. See, told everyone this would turn into a blowout in the 2nd half. It was a matter of time.
  4. True but give White his interception. In this game scenario no harm done.
  5. Hamlin you goof you just screwed up Tre's first pick of the year
  6. It explains the game if Josh was his fantasy opponent 😁
  7. Only one completed pass on that drive. I hope this run game isn't a one-off mirage against a bad defense. This is a championship caliber run game, and a couple of the AFC contenders have defenses susceptible to the run.
  8. If we keep running the ball and playing defense like we did today it won't matter.
  9. This game is a redux of the Falcons game last year. Late December in the freezing cold, Allen threw 3 bad picks and the defense won the game for us.
  10. That's the only reason I can think of, especially if he is still getting numbing injections in his elbow before games. He has had poor control on passes within 10 yards today, the closer to the LOS the worse it looks. Those are the passes where the elbow is utilized more so it's certainly possible. Oh well. Shake it off, escape with a win, and hope for above freezing temperatures in Cincinnati.
  11. Sigh. What is happening Josh?
  12. That's a worthy challenge. You possibly get a turnover if it's right and there's reason to believe it is. I'm surprised by all the negativity in this thread.
  13. Ugh Davis has been very lazy today
  14. Yes his accuracy mysteriously took a hit after his UCL was injured. That has been obvious for weeks. It is probably even worse in the extreme cold.
  15. He had not thrown an interception that was his fault since the Vikings game until today. You can see it on his face, he is borex and not 100% locked in. Again I am NOT excusing his play today but in a showdown for the #1 seed next week he will not do a bunch of stupid crap like he's been doing today. Wait and see.
  16. Yeah, he was awful to start the year. You disagree?
  17. Nah don't be worried. He is bored and playing with his food. I'm not excusing his play but he will not play like this against contenders.
  18. Yeah, watch the play Cook just had back again. Cook would have scored on Singletary's TD, Singletary wouldn't have scored on Cook's.
  19. Yes but it was a completely different situation. Cook just juked the FS and then didn't lose a step and accelerated into the endzone. When Singletary jukes it stops him in his tracks. Nothing wrong with his skill set, it's just a bit limited as far as explosive plays. Cook has been terrific in this game.
  20. Yes, but he does not have the speed to do what Cook just did. They're a good combo. Singletary gets you the 3-5 tough yards, Cook gets you the explosive plays.
  21. That is a TD Singletary could never score.
  22. We're going to blow this team out by showing up for one half. That's how big the talent discrepancy is.
  23. This game is the difference between Daboll and Dorsey for those keeping score at home. Our offense floundered against the Jags and Daboll never got them in rhythm. A similar story plays out in this game's 1st half and Dorsey gets everything under control on the first drive of the 2nd half.
  24. Dorsey has called an excellent game. Balanced play calling, scheming guys open, keeping the defense guessing. The Bears defense is awful but he's earned some credit today.
  25. Yeah we are the much better team. If the team has gotten its collective head out of its collective ass this has the makings of a blowout in the 2nd half.
