Ben Johnson really is excellent. He has a natural feel for the flow of the game and knows what his players do well. One lucky team will change their fortunes when they hire him in a few weeks.
Are the Packers definitive proof that developing a QB from the bench for at least a year is the best possible scenario? It's now 3 QBs in a row they've done that with and it just keep working.
He has had by far the worst coaching of the others on that list so I'll give him a mulligan. Unfortunately for the Chargers they will probably need one year of pain under a new regime to get their cap in order, before hopefully being competitive in 2025. Chiefs fans needn't worry next season. Other than them it is a division full of total rebuilds.
Doesn't matter. Per the rule a rip move will only draw a holding flag if the hold brings the pass rusher to the ground. It's one of the least understood rules in football.
That's an obvious RTP in the modern NFL. It was almost two full seconds after the ball came out that Wilkins pushed him with arms fully outstretched. He had time to slow up but he got greedy and cost his team. Serves him right.
Kind of weak but they call that every time now. There's just no reason to hit him at all when you're that far away as the ball is released. Stupid play from the nut grabber.
Yeah and those were our worst games... The Pats away game was the worst defensive coaching performance that I've seen this millennium. You can't just predictably send the house all the time like that.
We have to. If not now, how will McDermott ever do it? Mahomes and Reid aren't going anywhere. They will never give Mahomes this poor a WR group again. Get it done or find someone else that can, that's my line in the sand.
