Here's the update I got on a few of the injuries suffered yesterday: -Spector is totally fine, will have no issues. -Benford has a small tear in his meniscus but may be able to play through it. TBD -Bernard I got less clarity on. My source believes it is a high ankle sprain, but not 100% sure since they were still testing it as of when my source got the information. TBD on if he can definitely return this year or what the return time would look like but thankfully it appears he avoided a truly serious injury. I have no update on Taron Johnson, or the players that were out against the Steelers. I'll pass along any further updates if I receive them.

We will likely never face a worse Chiefs offense in the Mahomes era than the one we face next week. If we can't beat them now, we never will. This is a huge game for McDermott's future here IMO. I think a loss means he is definitively on the hot seat next year. If not now, when?

He has quickly become the most dependable player on the offense, and the only player that consistently gets YAC. The TD he scored today has been totally missing from the offense in the Josh Allen era. And I'd like to think he'll keep getting better.

Next step, every pass thrown to Knox should be thrown to Kincaid. Diggs Kincaid Shakir RBs That should be 90% of our passing targets right there.

Allen Shakir We got two outstanding plays that ultimately won us the game, and these guys pulled them off. Honorable mention to Kincaid.

Sorry Pittsburgh. You got two preseason defenses in a row but you can't beat both of them.

Holy ***!!! Shakir is the only player we have that makes something out of nothing at times. What a player he has become.

As per usual we are having to move the offense through Josh's legs. I'll take it but I hate that every year we are back to this.

No more shot plays. They aren't working. Focus on 1st downs.

Oh please, I see uncatchable balls still draw DPI all the time. This would only happen to us.

Failing to sign Hopkins in the offseason continues to look like an awful season-defining mistake.

We have a preseason back 7. The offense just needs to keep scoring TDs, there is no other way to win this game.

I get the defense has injuries but there are no excuses for the offense. Too many mistakes from the usual suspects and Brady hasn't been great.

That's because catches like that are routine for almost every other offense. Only our pass catchers need it perfectly delivered to the chest and even then it's not a sure thing.

I don't know if we can make a Super Bowl run with this group of pass catchers. It will be the weakest overall group left in the playoffs

Allen has more amazing passes that hit the turf that any other QB. I'm certain of it.

Our pass catchers stink! Kincaid is the only one that makes difficult catches.
