    You stop it by scoring on every possession. This fantasy that the Bills are just an elite pass rush away from winning a Super Bowl needs to go away. Like you said the Steelers elite DL was a no-show. You win in the playoffs by playing aggressive on defense to hopefully force some negative plays even though you'll inevitably get burned a few times, and by never letting up on offense.

    They've been stuck in purgatory with Tomlin for too long and he's still coaching like it's 2008. They need to hit the reset button IMO.

    Honestly not sure Tomlin should survive a loss tonight. They need a new coach to bring them into the modern generation, blow it all up and rebuild properly.

    Clearly Herbert is in the 2nd tier of QBs, that doesn't mean he's not good enough to win a Super Bowl with. He needs way more help than he's getting tonight.

    Eh the weapons have been the bigger problem. Throwing to short Ladd McConkey outside is not ideal, and that's the best pass catcher they have. Not nearly enough talent on the field to move the ball through the air against a stout Houston secondary.

    They need to invest heavily in outside WRs. Currently they have none on the roster worth talking about.

    Notice how two very good rushing attacks can't get anything going. Playoffs are a different animal with everyone up front giving their best effort.

    Quentin Johnston is complete garbage. Not a great throw but fight for the ball.

    He spent the offseason doing the podcast circuit crowing about how great he is. Houston is a classic case of a team that wrote their own ticket way too early, starting with that awful trade for a one year rental of a WR on the decline.

    I've given the Bills a lot of crap for what they've put around Allen but Herbert certainly has it worse. It's way too hard to move the ball consistently when your best WR is a small white guy that only plays in the slot

    Houston for my money is the most unlikeable team in the playoffs. Hoping to see them get blown out.

    I wouldn't say they stepped up. An overthrow, a poor 3rd and 1 play call, and a brutal drop have stalled out the Chargers. Can't live with that many mistakes in just the 1st quarter of a playoff game. If they play the Chiefs next week those mistakes will be what kills their chances.

    Maybe LA will actually make it a point to get Herbert some real pass catchers next year.
