Yeah I would say I'm full scale Keanu from Point Break. Karma (or odds) just have to come around on these guys at some point. Post-Brady/Belly, I hope they 0-16 for a decade or so. Or at least win 6-8 games every year and wallow in mediocrity for a score of years.

I think after last year, the Bills will be leery of any wideout with an injury history. We are already married to Sammy, and we can't have games where our top 4-5 WRs are out. Marcus is such a "could have been" guy. Had the skills and "could have been" a great player, at WR even.... but had bad injury luck. I wish him the best, as he definitely left it all on the field.

If the Bills and Sabres both never won a game again, I would still be happy with the Pegulas. Straight forward people with the best intentions. They open their wallets and trust their people. Not to mention what they have done for the city, especially given the alternatives (Bon Jovi or Trump, both of which likely comes with a move) Kraft however, well I wouldn't even shake that man's hand.

I totally agree with this... But on the other hand Baseball popularity has been falling like a rock for generations and boredom is probably why, so I'm not sure we should take cues from them. For the record: MLB is still the 2nd most popular sport in the USA (behind NFL), but it's lost more fans in the last 30 years than currently follow NHL, NASCAR, NBA, or NCAA Footbal (the next 4 most popular). But your sentiment remains. Why is it so bad for NFLers to celebrate? God forbid...

My thoughts exactly. And I think they will be fairly productive in that system, providing we stay some type of relative healthy throughout the year. I hope Tyrod is going to bounce back rather than fade into mediocrity, but I have no idea which will happen. But I would bet heavily on Tyrod starting for us for (at least) the next 2 years, regardless of production if they excercise his option.

Well than now would be a great time to be good at cap management. Not sure the "let's not try because we haven't been good in the past" thing works for me. If he stays a Bill, that extra money will be like "free money" towards the cap. I really like Gillislee, but don't think continuing to overpay people is the right plan.

There are alot of FA RBs out there right now. I would think even if someone does snag Gillislee, we get a 5 and can still sign somebody off FA. Now I would rather keep Gillislee, but I,don't see antthong wrong with the current tender level. I know it's "only a million more" but that does currently represent over 5% of the free cap money.

I am with you on this. We have mostly kept BBMB talk to the few threads designated to it at the moment. Like it or not, we now represent a fairly sizable contigent of this board, and folks who think they can "grind us up" or bully us off the board are mistaken. I plan on (and think I have so far) being a contributing member of this society, and as long as we are respectful there should be no animosity between the two "factions" that should soon be more like a colloidal dispersion. That said, there are some guys that have and will come over that wont go over well here, will be banned, and rightfully so, but I won't put up with my opinion being treated as less important because of my post count or seniority. I'm not saying that it is necessarily happening now, but I know alot of TBD vets are a bit bitter at the moment, and BBMB converts perhaps a little defensive. A bit of perspective from both side should smooth over any significant problems though, I would think.

I think celebration and dances are, while petty, are great for the fans. Give fans a chance to cheer, and enjoy their team. Just like (going back awhile) when Chad Johnson started handing out autographed memorabilia to the fans out of a Christmas stocking, or T.O. signing the football, etc. When something is pretty much all for the fans, and the fans pay for everything, what's wrong with that. I think sometimes the NFL forgets who's actually paying for all this.

Absolutely. I know the cap is always in play, but I think you do what you have to on Gillislee. Shady is getting up there, and if Gilislee can extend Shady's career, much like Fred Taylor did for MJD, that's a win/win.

From an injury standpoint. 20+ carries is not sustainable for him anymore. Give each of them 10-12 carries and both YPC will skyrocket as well.

I tend to agree with this. Tyrod is a "see it now throw it" QB, and obviously Stevie can create separation even without speed. I'm not sure SJ has it anymore though, and obviously Stevie will never catch Tyrod's best ball: the 9-route....

I agree. Gillislee will be huge this year imo. Shady cannot handle the "feature back" load anymore. And as far as Groy goes, I expected C to be a big problem when Wood went down, but I think Groy solidified himself as the swing C/G.
