I already grieved this season about 6 games ago... And now I feel exactly the same I did last year when they got knocked out: 1. I can really use the extra free time with the NFL now over for the year AND 2. McD gotta go

And Kincaid. Allen and Kincaid are the bills future. Pretty much nobody else (players) really matters in the big picture

It's the aggregate, not just this year. There are other problems, of course; and injuries definitely happened. But the common denominator is McD mishandling the clock, making questionable coaching decisions, and calling bad defense against top teams; especially in the playoffs. How can we win a SB if the coach is always shrinking down in the biggest moments?

100% agree there are many positives about this team. Another reason why we should switch it up now. We would be the top landing spot for any coach if we fired McD, and would get our pick of candidates. It wouldnt be a pipe dream like it used to be, just hoping we get someone who isn't terrible. We'd get Harbaugh, Belichick, Ben Johnson... Or whoever the heck we want.

Yuuup He's incredible but he's pretty much the whole team. The only untouchables at this point should be Josh, Shikir, and Kincaid. And then let the new head coach (🤞) pick who else he wants to keep. But Diggs needs to go. He's not the same. I really believe that if instead of forcing to Stef for the last 8 weeks, they called the play or made the read that they thought was best; the offense would have been alot better. Josh said it... "Same as every offseason" And we'll keep getting it if we keep the clapper

Well he's the D coordinator and HC, so I don't have to spend much time wondering what he could do more. I'm more concerned with what somebody else could do to coach this team to beat KC and Cincy in the playoffs

It's McDs fault that the team he runs continuously loses the biggest games despite their best player putting on winning performances. It's years of not being able to get over the hump Yeah people were hurt. And that makes it almost worse because now he's got another excuse to sell Pegula. We were the 2 seed. That should be enough. Josh still played his best football when it mattered most But McDrmott always coaches his worst games when it matters most. Josh = clutch McD = choker

100% We need a guy who can lock in with Josh on offense and keep things steady AND We need a big change in defense. But I suspect it happens after next year so they can sell PSL's to the new stadium

Hard for me to see anything else when looking at the Bills right now. It's the obvious answer. Allen's talents are being wasted

Well I've known now for at least 12 months it was time for McD to go. He had a chance this year to pull a "Coughlin" and win it all and get unlimited leash. He did not. Therefore he must go. I don't need to think about the future. I already knew what needed to be done. McD is wasting Allen and it SO GODDANG OBVIOUS

I know Josh has had down times, but when it matters he shows up. Yet again Josh turns in a gutsy performance in the playoffs and we still effing lose the game. Obviously this has been a common theme throughout the last several years, with Josh being overall unbelievably good in playoffs only to get sent home. This cycle has too many good coaches available to keep this guy McD around any longer. We desperately need to make the switch. We needed to last year, maybe even the year before; but the reality here is that McD is COOKED
