Man these guys are getting these coaching jobs fast….are we old?

This is all correct and rational and that’s cool. I get it. One trap I’m absolutely not going to fall into and one thing I’m not going to do is take this for granted whatsoever. It’s happened hundreds of times. A team or player gets somewhere and you think, they are young and will be back. You never know. You never know how long and if you’ll ever be back. Get it now. This is the only guarantee. It’s sports. Anything can happen. We might not get back to the playoffs for 20 years. Just go win the whole thing right now because you never know when or if you’ll get another chance. This is a very safe and hedging mindset and it’s the last thing I want right now. I want to drink this all in and I want to finally finish one.

AFC Championship Game Week Thread - Bills at Chiefs
Brianmoorman4jesus replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I watched the 93 championship game on YouTube today. Wanted to feel the feeling of a big win. Now I got this playoff game from last year on. Never rewatched it. I’m not looking forward to the end but feel good knowing we got a real life shot at redemption. Seeing how close we got…now I’m pissed again that Bass is going to miss this -

I don’t know why I had this thought. Imagine we win the Super Bowl. Bishop starts then flash forward like 10 years, tail End of Josh’s career and we play in another one. And then the only 2 guys still remaining from that first super-bowl team are John and Bishop. This is the stage we are at now…no reason delusional fantasies -

I feel Like when it finally happens, it will be like when we finally got through New England. We aren’t going to sneak bye with a 23-20 win. The damn will break and we will beat KC 38-7. Like a day where they just know…no more. You don’t own us anymore and you need to go reload to beat us now. Not saying that happens Sunday. I just feel like the day we finally get through. We don’t sneak a tight one out. We leave nothing to chance and beat the wheels off them -

It might sound crazy but…All things considered, a win Sunday could be considered the biggest win in Bills history. We know how all the other AFC championships ended. This one we wouldn’t. So it can probably be the biggest win in team history for at least 2 weeks. -

It’s going to come down to the defense. Once again this week and in the Super Bowl as well. This entire thing can and will change only when the Defense steps up. I have been saying it since the week of the broncos game. Our offense has given us 6 legitimate shots. We are going to win a ring the year the defense steps up. They owe us. To this point it’s been 2 solid ones. We need 2 more lights out efforts from McDermott and the D. The offense and Josh have consistently been doing enough. We need the other end to hold up their end. 2 more games of lights out football on defense and we will be world champs. -
9 blue chip players to win a SuperBowl
Brianmoorman4jesus replied to pennstate10's topic in The Stadium Wall
Spencer brown and Milano are both better than taron Johnson imo. I like Johnson hes good. Those other guys are great. Our entire offensive line is excellent -
Let’s just win the Super Bowl this year then if they go they go. I’ll be happy for him at that point. A superbowl buys us like 5 years of numb joy

It was beautiful to watch Hollins run that POS backwards into the turf. I absolutely despise the ravens. Just a team full of dirtbags year after year. Enjoy that extended offseason. Hollins was a guy (early on) I was very concerned about. Fearing we would rely on him way too much. I was thankfully off on the usage and I love that dude. ***** the ravens.

Codrington named to PFWA All-Rookie Team
Brianmoorman4jesus replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Good for him. I actually forgot he was a rookie lol -
Actually even better not only was Jeremy white alive, he was a giant fan at that point
-
Oh the fan has turned out to be horrendous. Evan Roberts is my least favorite person in the media. Every show on the fan sucks now but the espn NY shows are way better. The fan also was the reason sports radio existed essentially and for 30 years was as good as it gets. Today it’s not going well but even in it’s current state, is truly miles ahead of WGR. Have you ever heard this dibiase kid or that Derek Krahmer? I’m not even sure those are the names but they might not have seen a live sporting event in their lives. It’s painful. I actually feel bad for them while I have it on. There isn’t an ounce of professionalism. Who’d ever think Schopp and the Bulldog would be the show you look forward to ?

Any possible way that Hyde is up for this game? He can probably be a huge help even in getting guys lined up against this exact offense -
He definitely seems very laid back. I doubt highly that he’s upset about getting so few targets. He doesn’t seem to care
-
He’s really good. I like him a lot. I personally wish we’d play more base 4-3. We have some LBs that can really run and cover. We are the team in the league that can MOST handle pass coverage in a base defense and we play the most nickel. The only thing I don’t like about Tarron is he’s hurt literally every game. I know that’s not his fault but at some point….cmon. I’d love to see him moved to Safety at some point. Feels like much better value

We have been to like 8 AFC championship games and 4 were against the chiefs lol -
I listen every day and I’m way out of town, downstate. I gotta go out of my way to listen to it and the station is horrendous. It’s part of my bills season routine so I’ll keep doing it but these kids are terrible. Some of the least knowledgeable humans on earth when it comes to sports. Not even out of just sports radio guys….out of just people in general. Jeremy has always been terrible. I can’t remember the last time he made a point that I agreed with. The station is so unprofessional it’s inexcusable. I live an hour from NYC. This garbage would not fly down here. These people know absolutely nothing

I feel like if Hyde could go hed already have been up. I hope Rapp can go because that dude is the heartbeat of our secondary. I love the way he plays. My dream scenario is Hyde AND Rapp back there but im afraid we’ll have neither. Get well soon please
-
I literally hate the ravens so much I can’t even put it into words. No. ***** that. Congratulations on your early offseason

I kill this dude constantly. I might be the guy for bringing people back to earth on the Lamar ball washing. the guy is one of the best runners I have ever seen. Not a QB. Any position. He’s the closest thing to Barry sanders you’ll ever see. He’s pretty good at passes down the middle. He makes zero difficult throws. He doesn’t throw outside the numbers and he doesn’t hit guys in stride to catch and run. He’s not even in the same world as the top QBs. It’s Allen mahomes burrow…50 feet of drop off stafford and everyone else. Lamar Jackson is the only player in the league impervious from criticism and anyone in the media is basically Shanghai’d if they speak 1 negative sentence about him. It’s unlike anything I have ever seen. the 1 thing I wanna say is this guy impressed me a lot this week. He’s not a ***** talker, he’s not arrogant and he never once seemed to have misguided aspirations. He seemed very grounded in what was important and was very obviously more worried about winning a Super Bowl than the mvp. I respect that a lot and if I’m going to be a harsh critic of his shortcomings in the passing game. I’m going to recognize when he does something right.
