He is truly terrible. I live an hour from MetLife I never saw a guy get more undeserved chances or more excuses made for him. From day 1 he sucked and somehow it only got worse. Never should have been taken anywhere near where he was and after several years, still no clue what he’s looking at. Think EJ Manuel but then somehow getting 6 years and an inexcusable big money extension lol Growing up around here and being a Bills fan I absolutely loved seeing it. Any team dumb enough to even waste a roster spot on him will instantly regret it.

I think I’d like to see him in the Hamlin spot just to see what this run defense can look like. I know this coach loves Hamlin and that’s fine..I don’t need the guy cut but I’d really like to see that

I’m sure “there’s a reason” he’s not playing….I get it. But in my eyes, the practice squad, 3rd string QB…7th round draft picks are for this. I want my extra auxiliary roster places, to be guys with an elite trait. It drives me crazy to see just total pedestrian zero guys on the PS or at 3rd QB. The whole thing is you probably don’t need them. But if you do, I’d much rather take a chance in the development of a player that can matter. My PS WRs should all be guys with either elite speed or size. We have guys like Shavers on there…the guy is just a guy. Nothing is outstanding. Our 3rd string QB and our PS Qb have zero upside. No qualities that give you a chance to develop into mattering. I’d rather have a QB on there that can throw 80 yards but can’t hit a barn or a QB that can run like the wind but has to learn the position. I want my bottom end roster players to have natural ability. This kid has all this speed. Bring him in. If you get him to become a complete WR, he has a chance to be something.
