I'm pretty sure they figured it wasn't really working with him and they had no intention of paying him after this year, so might as well get a player (that is currently starting for us) and a pick. Better then the almost nothing they got when Watkins was here. Can't really get a ton from a guy that's constantly banged up and in a high school level passing offense. If our QB would throw the ball to the recievers, maybe they don't make that trade.

The QB play from Tyrod probably devalued Sammy in our front offices' eyes and made him expendable. If Tyrod can't get him the ball, there wasn't a need to keep or pay him. I would say our ineffective passing game had a lot to do with the trade.

Yes. He is a better passer then Tyrod is or will ever be. You are on another level with the Tyrod stuff. Anytime anyone says anything about him you are all over it. The guy is a fringe starter in the league and severely limited. He is to short and refuses to make throws required to be a better then average nfl starting QB.

Hoyer is not even good, yet he would have sadly been an upgrade as a passer had he signed here.

I don't think we will do any better against this defense. I fully expect the same type of outcome. An offense completely stifled and doing nothing.

The biggest seperation we see, is our QB seperating WRs from the ball.

It doesn't take that long to see if a guy has it or not. The guy has been in the league for 7 years and still can't get rid of the ball or use Recievers. He is to short. If you give him 3 more weeks or 3 more years, we are still going to be where we are today. Let's see the other guy. The guy that knew to get the ball out quick in preseason of his rookie year. Not week 3 of his 7th.

Good teams talk about easy games in code. "Trap game" means, we are going to pound this team but if I say it I might jinx it...They know they are better, we know they are better, our players probably know they are better. With our passing game, we are most likely going to get beat bad. Better hope Shady can carry the offense again. If it comes down to our QB making a play, might as well forget it.

These guy both talk about the chiefs and Alex smith like they are terrible every year. The other day They were talking about the chiefs Pats opener and Jeremy kept saying what happened, I didn't see it? These guys speak about players and teams as if they haven't ever seen any of them. It's not a thing where you can just point to 1 thing to show they don't know sports. When you listen, it just jumps out.

Donald jones is like a guy they brought in out of the crowd at a live radio show event and somehow keeps getting on every day. I though listening to the john Murphy show when it was just him at night was bad, but my god. Almost everyone on WGR is terrible. They would be better off with sal and Chris brown almost all day. Sprinkle in the kid that produces schopp and the bulldog...it's a shame

I couldn't disagree more. I live in the range of NYC and I can't stand most of those guys, but when you grow up with professional sports radio stations...it's pathetic to listen to the WGR morning show. They literally know nothing about sports . They don't even watch the games that they talk about. I can't speak first hand about Indy or Cleveland, but Howard and Jeremy are the 2 worst I have ever heard.

They are easily the 2 worst people on any sports related show in the country. Neither one of them know a thing about sports. The one guy tries to be funny or edgy, but knows so little about sports it's painful. Then the other guy Howard, makes Steve Urkle look like Steve Austin. When Jeremy says anything that is his idea of an interesting fact, Howard will just say oh wow I would have expected it to be blank...when it's clear to everyone that neither guy has watched a sporting event in 20 years. How can that station not do better then these guys ? When they do the trivia, some of the answers they miss and give are fireable offenses in their line of work.

What's the plan when teams take Shady away? That's what I want to know from this guy. I'm sure he had one before yesterday, but that one didn't work. Now what?

I have confidence in him too. I am confident that we have seen what he can do. He is an excellent runner. I am confident that he is not good enough. I am confident that when we need someone to make important throws, he won't make them. I am confident he will not be here when or if this thing gets turned around. I am confident that we will all be stuck watching this guy hold back the offense until another season is wasted.
