If you can get them to do that then I would say they would be pretty vulnerable to being beat by the play action once or twice and that should make them back off. I am not throwing more then 10-12 passes in the game with these WRs and QB. It just wont be effective. Unless Mathews plays and is a full go, we will have no chance of moving the ball through the air. None of our WRs outside of Mathews even belong on an active game day roster.

He can throw it 60 yds with the flick of his wrist but the issue is on that play the receiver will most likely be only 40 yds away and we will call in the punt team again. Our best passing plays right now are screens. Fix the run game and start running the ball 45 times a game.

If I was in charge of this current offense, I would use 6 lineman A TE and a FB on almost every down. We cant throw the ball when we are healthy. Our passing game without Clay or Mathews is not even worth trying. I would be throwing less then 10 passes with this qb. Line up in big sets and use creative ways to run and block. Should be like the old early 2000s buc ball where they would win 10-6 or 12-7

Money ball is likely the answer to ending professional sports longest playoff drought. If theres one thing that gets you where you want to go, its not paying or keeping good players and replacing them with pedestrian level trash. Lets trade Glenn now for some draft pick that we take another bust with. Maybe all of our position groups can look like our WRs and our overall depth.

The only good thing about Tyrod is his legs. I wish he would run more then any other qb in the league. Do what you do abd dont try to be something you are not. Tyrod should be running for 50-75 yds a game. Hes incredibly gifted as a runner, use it to our advantage

He would literally be the best WR on this team tomorrow even if he didnt care. Thats how bad we are at the position right now. I think Garçon is better. But I would have had no issue with keeping Woods. I wasnt the trigger man in that decision.

A 3rd (which we have 2 of)Would have probably gotten us Garçon Keenan Allen Kenny Britt Tavon Austin Etc There are things that can be done, but its cheaper to sit on our hands and just go another whole season without making the playoffs. No fan base in the league should be less patient then us, yet when you want to make a move you will hear its not madden Yeah its not madden. Even in madden teams dont go 17 years with no playoffs.

Yeah thats what you want in a qb. A guy who is getting better and trending in an upward direction. Not a guy that hit his ceiling years ago and is just playing the same game over and over every week, every year. Nothing specific in mind...just saying
