Why would you say you are going to release a guy but also try to trade him? You are just telling teams wait. -

Just play the guy at WR. Stop trying to make him some Swiss Army knife. We have 3 good RBs and good TEs…we need him to just be a regular WR

I’d love to see what this defense can look like with 58 42 and 43 all on the field at the same time. I know that means Johnson has to come off the field but we have to be willing to come off the Nickel sometimes. Teams know how to exploit it. You need to be willing to evolve

We probably better look into another WR regardless here. Just to be safe. Samuel has been such a zero. If he was playing well we’re probably ok but I think we might need another starting caliber WR before the deadline ends.

The Giants have some real nice pieces that we can probably pick off. They are going nowhere because of their complete zero at QB. We have a good relationship with them obviously. Maybe we can get a friends and family deal
