  1. Gase is a good coach
  2. The Dolphins are probably going all in on a cap reduction tank for 19. I doubt they sign a qb people care about. Especially one that will cost anything. They will probably start some garbage backup that they already have or sign a low $ FA like Teddy Bridgewater. Washington probably expects Smith to be back and if Gruden stays, he will probably remain in love with Colt Mccoy. Flacco was on his was out as being a capable starter in the league anyway and will be lucky to get another starting job. He’s just not good anymore. The Jaguars would be dumb to not draft a QB. They are already in serious cap trouble, I doubt they are going to tie up money in a guy like Flacco or Eli. Probably will draft a guy and keep Kessler in the mix. The Giants are going to start Eli and work a rookie in. As done as Eli is, they feel like they owe him and just won’t let it end. I dont see these fringe starters getting nuch of a look. There are only so many jobs and very few that are open. Flacco isn’t good anymore. Eli is completely done and probably won’t be available. Bridgewater had a gift wrapped opportunity to impress and did what he does; Not make plays. Tyrod might have played himself out of another shot. Tannehill is young still and hes never really been that bad. He is the one guy I could see getting another legitimate shot. The only issue is where? Maybe if Alex Smith has to retire...maybe they would look at Tannehill. He seems like a player that wasn’t ever really given a fair shake and actually does have the tools to be good. Maybe it will take an injury but I think Tannehill gets another shot. The most interesting guy is Foles. If he wanted it, he probably could get a starting job in several places. I think he has shown enough and proven that he has something extra that can’t be measured. The only issue is that it seems like he doesn’t have any interest in his own team. I think after last season, Foles could have forced the Eagles hand a little and cashed in off that run. It seems to me like he is content where he is. If that’s the case, it’s hard to figure him into the mix here.
  3. Hate them both with a passion. Every week I hope the Jets and Giants lose
  4. Actually, Be surprised.
  5. Probably being at the jets win. That was just a coast job 31-3 at halftime and just dead quiet in that stadium. Except the Bills fans
  6. This is the reason RG3 and Kap don’t start now. Once teams figured out all you have to do is make them pass....Lights out. Might want to rethink moving on from Flacco next year because the book is written now. Lamar had a good run. Better start looking for a qb that can pass. It’s not the ACC
  7. This loss is 100% on Harbaugh. Should have gone to Flacco in the 2nd quarter and both FG attempts were the wrong decision. I hope he doesn’t get brought back now
  8. I mean all the way through with Barkley and Anderson
  9. We are set at QB for at least 2 years.
  10. What a wasted effort. The defense gave us chance after chance. What last year could have been...
  11. I don’t know that it would take a 1 for sure but if you can get the best WR in the nfl for another 3-4 years it’s anything but asinine. We will almost certainly get less at #9 then would get out of Brown. I would have no issue with that trade but as I have said probably 3 times in this thread.. he’s difficult off the field which will be a non starter for the guys running our team. Zero interest in character concerns regardless of talent
  12. Neither. I think the Pats will win the AFC despite the apparent “struggles” Every fan of every other AFC east team is always ready to throw dirt on the Pats as soon as there is a hair out of place. The funny thing is they always still get there. When will people learn? The reason we all hate them, should be the reason we all know better then it count them out. As long as Brady and Bill are there, I’ll figure they win. They were the only team undefeated at home. Not only are they very good, how many times have we seen it first hand? You are never going to get a call against the Pats in Gillette. They don’t even need the help most of the time, but believe me they are still going to get it. That’s why they never lose at home. The ONLY team that I think COULD beat NE is Indy. But that game would be in NE anyway.
  13. Cowart was a “tko spikes-like heat seaking missile of physicality. Just a shark out there looking for blood. Almost like Ray Lewis or Dick Butkus. I’d say Cowart was much more like Spikes. Edmunds looks physically imposing like that but he doesn’t play like that. I wish he did. Edmunds looks like a guy that should be playing WLB. He looks like a guy that will be amazing dropping back into the passing lanes and using his height to knock balls down and force over throws. But wasn’t playing the run exceptionally well. Granted the kid was literally 20 years old and week 17 he looked amazing. I would say he is maybe more of a Derrick Brooks? I guess it’s hard to say. It was was before my time so I only have nfl films to go off of, but wasn’t Jack Lambert a tall MLB in the early stages of the soft zone we play? A guy that would probably fall back and do what Edmunds will do? I could have that wrong but that’s at least what I thought I saw. I will say Jack Lambert
  14. Tavon Austin would be a guy that could really help us in a lot of ways and I’m sure he would be expendable for Dallas
  15. I had just a green screen and now no sound
  16. Il take almost anyone off this colts line. Blowing the Texans overrated front backward
  17. Watson is liking like Andy Dalton on a wildcard Saturday
  18. Use the FA money to build a line of experienced professionals and keep josh safe. Not a bunch of rookies that are learning the pro game. Get just a pack of veteran maulers that have been coached up at the pro level and can come in and fix the run game on day 1. Use the draft for the skill positions. Fa WR/RB class is weak and the college Olineman are not developed. Fix the Oline in March and add the pass catchers and rbs in April.
  19. It would probably be a good idea to keep taking undrafted guys from a place like Alabama. You figure they at least would have most likely been big time recruits and you know they were coached well.
  20. Pretty crazy that (down the stretch) we had the best graded out rookie WR and best graded rookie CB and drafted neither
  21. He and Foster started mattering during the same game. They both had the same amount of time basically. It was that Barkley jet game for both.
  22. Wallace should have made it on defense
  23. Yeah I know it won’t happen so I’m not even going to consider it a reality. I would use the FA money to fix the line since the college game isn’t developing Olineman anymore. I would use the draft for all skill pos players. Fant in rd 1. Best WR/RB with the next 2 picks and just keep adding guys that can put points on the board.
