A game plan exists where Peterman can almost not lose us the game. The first drive of the Pats game almost needs to be our entire game tomorrow. If Peterman throws more then 7 passes, I think we lose

Can we get a color code system going for Nate like the Jets did with Sanchez? Just tell him before the play when it’s dangerous and where to go with the ball. There has to be a way we can be safer with this human turnover at the helm

I think McDaniels will end up being that when he gets another chance. He’s a good coach he just wasn’t a good talent evaluator with Tebow

No team in the league would need him more then us at this point. We are starting Nate Peterman again for Christ sakes

How does it get to the point where you are a 10 Point underdog at home to a pedestrian Bears team? This isn’t because of a rebuild. This team sucks and a lot of it is already built. I’m generally concerned that we do not have the right guys in place to run this team

Are they still not saying Peterman will start? Imagine if they started Barkley after 3 days of practice lol. That would be great

I don’t know why fans are not appreciating how much the other players seem to respect and like Anderson. Usually that happens when a guy is doing something right. Listen to how Dawkins sounds after that Pats game. Anderson is not the reason we are not scoring. Daboll is. This offense is terrible. Daboll is the only OC that cant even figure out how to get Shady going. The offense itself is the issue. Not Anderson. The guy threw for 290 yds Monday with the same WRs Allen had. We were throwing for 80 yds a game with Allen and 20 with Peterman. These players want Anderson to play. The playcalling and play design is miles behind even the next worst offense. Daboll should have been replaced after the Packers game. If Anderson can go, we will be much better off but until we figure out how to run a modern day offense, we still probably won’t score much.

I think if someone other then Peterman plays we probably might win. The issue is it looks like it might be Nate

I don’t even care. I might take my chances with 45 runs and hope our Defense plays lights out. Rather then let Peterman throw enough picks to put us out of reach by halftime

If Peterman has to start, I would make sure Daboll calls less then 10 pass plays all game and I am all but telling Nate, if you don’t see it completely safe, do not throw it. I would not let this guy sink us again. I’d also have Barkley ready to go in as soon as the second interception happens. It’s not really a matter of if, it’s more of a matter when. I’d have as many creative ways to run the ball as humanly possible and not let Peterman throw another game away.

I think it shows a lot about Peterman. Holding out hope that a 35 year old, off the street with zero practice and only 3 weeks on the roster can somehow get cleared and go. I love it. I can’t stand the thought of Peterman playing. I just can’t understand how he’s still on this team. Yes this last injury made it harder to cut him THIS week...but he never should have still been here for us to be in this spot. I really hope Anderson can go. Thinking Peterman might play feels like when Tyrod was getting hurt and all we had was EJ. I didn’t even want the games to happen because I just knew we had no shot.

Don’t ever fix the defense or care enough to help the guy apparently. I don’t think Carr is good but he’s better then this. It looks like Gruden is just going to build this thing from scratch and IMO, he’s going to do it with the highest pick possible

The Raiders are plain as day tanking this season. Even the game they won was handed to them by the refs

The 49ers coach is a very good offensive mind. I never thought Jimmy G was that good but I think every qb shanahan has is going to look good.

The offenses for most teams make its normal to move the ball. We are just so deprived of any offensive system competence that it’s embarrassing

This team just had no issue scoring with less talent then we have and a qb they found in the snack stand. Our offense is so pathetic and I really think it’s Daboll. I don’t know how that’s going to get better. No matter how bad it is, there’s still no way it should be this hard to score TDs. The only was we are winning with this guy is if we throw like 5 passes. I wouldn’t even let Peterman effect the outcome. He can move a little. I would let him run it a little and throw in a few options. 5 passes for the entire game at the absolute most. The guy obviously has a mental block. Just have him be a glorified middle man in handoffs and various incredibly safe screen passes. Don’t even allow this guy to lose.

Never was a reason to trade Mccarron. That pick will become a nobody and we will have suffered through an entire year of wasted offense and a Peterman yo-yo because of it. Mccarron would have been the starter after week 1 and everything would have fallen into place. Peterman would have probably been cut after Baltimore. Never would have lost us the Houston game. Maybe Allen never gets hurt. If the Bills HAD to trade one of the guys, they should have waited until after the regular season started and took advantage of a teams injury. Probably could have gotten more from SF if we waited. Also might have been able to get Cleveland interested. We rushed for no reason. Just constantly making ridiculous personnel decisions.
