I will say AJ starts week 1 and plays well enough to start the entire season. Possibly even starts a playoff game. I really think he is better then most people realize and could become a guy that’s hard to bench.

They traded up to get him and took him in the 2nd round. He technically is the WR we have the most invested into. He’s not going anywhere. Zay is the swing state to this whole thing. KB is a legit #1 IMO. Kurley is a solid slot guy. If Zay actually becomes good, we may have something here. If he doesn’t, it will really hurt us.

Kurley is pretty good. I think people are under appreciating him. It’s like the Wild West out there with all these nobody’s fighting for roster spots. I think when the dust settles they are almost all fighting for only 1 spot. IMO the professional veterans we have in camp are basically sure things; KB, Zay, Kurley and Holmes...And all these other guys are fighting for that 5th spot. Probably a guy that can play STs. Nothing about this is me trying to saying we are set. We have the worst group of WRs in the NFL and I don’t think it’s close. I just see it playing out as those 4 spots will be taken by the 4 men I mentioned. All these other guys will probably battle it out for that 5th spot and hopefully we can find another “Steve Johnson” gem.

The long Joe Webb completion in the snow last year against the Colts was very big. If we tie or lose that game, the playoff drought is still alive. Without that play, the Bills don’t won’t that game.

At this point I don’t know if we need him. Tre and Milano are every down LBs for the next 10 years IMO.

I don’t know what he was doing but for the last 2 years he had the weakest arm in the NFL. Whatever he did, certainly wasn't making him physically strong.

I hope it’s true. But I also feel like, at this stage of the game...what could he be doing that wouldn’t be impressive? He has a lot of physical ability and what they are doing (to this point) is probably barely football. A guy that can throw the ball 80 yards is probably going to look good no matter (what in Padless practices against air). If he is blowing people away in training camp, live scrimmages and preseason...I’ll start to get excited.

I was looking at pic and thinking, who is this Safetey #43? Then look it up and its apparently Mat Bosen the DE....No way this guy is playing DE at 238. He better put on some weight or be able to drop back and cover. Looks more like a DB or a LB to me.

It’s hard to compare the pre 80s guys to the post 80ish guys. Offenses are real different. The way teams throw after a certain point in time, probably makes the comparisons impossible. There should almost be like an 84 and earlier team and 85 to present team.

Look at the QBs Stevie Johnson played with and how bad the coaching and team was. He still has 3 years that we’re as good or better then any other Bills WR ever. He needs to be on the team IMO

John Clayton knows less about the Bills then 90% of this board. I never understood why a local station, has a national guy come on to speak about the Bills? He knows nothing about the Bills. Why would any of us care what his opinion of them is?

There is a 4 season stretch of Landry that would laugh at 9 games of Watkins. He absolutely is. He is an underneath guy that will catch 100 passes a year. I’m pretty sure he has the most catches in NFL history for this length of a career. Landry is the type of WR that plays well every week and won’t be taken away by defensive game plans. I would take Landry over Watkins, any where, any time. This is not even factoring in how often Sammy is available.

He’s better. Landry is a top 10 WR in the NFL. Watkins is not. And he’s probably not close. Moving up for him was almost as dumb as taking Spiller when we had Fred and Marshawn. At the time I didn’t think so, but looking back...just terrible.

We need another “out of nowhere” Stevie Johnson find. A guy that just turns into a crazy overachiever and gives us a shot in the arm.

I know very little about Proehl, but it seems as if he might be better then adversitised. I have a guy feeling he ends up playing a lot in the slot and ends up being a Beasley type of guy. No actual reason, just gut.

Just pay Dez. Money talks. All things equal, he might not want to go to Buffalo. But offer him 2 years instead of 1 and more money. We need at least 1 WR, even with a healthy Zay.

He’s certainly better then the guy we traded up to take ahead of him....

Kendricks Edmunds Milano...with our Secondary we would probably be the best pass Defense in football tomorrow and the best overall defense by week 8

I will say AJ starts and holds off anyone else all year. Maybe they get Allen in, in some garbage time. But I expect McCarron to play well. An Alex Smith type year 1 in KC season.
