  1. I have made this point a thousand times and eventually Someone will get smart and pick up on it: The only way another football league will work, is if they become a minor league of sorts for the nfl. If every nfl team had a developmental team to help mature talent, fans would watch. If you had a team of guys, (that the Bills had control over) it would matter to you. College football IS NOT A MINOR LEAGUE. You don’t have control over the players there. The nfl does not need this league, but the league needs the nfl. Give the nfl another revenue stream in the offseason and give the teams a chance to retain these fringe roster players, without taking a space on the 53. The teams could be made up of draft picks that weren’t ready to play in the nfl, undrafted free agents and ps guys. Maybe make the eligibility where if you dressed for a game during the NFL season, you can’t play in the minor league. The pieces are there it just needs to be worked out. A league will not stand on its own against the nfl. The fans won’t identify with any team. You need that little bit of built in rooting interest by pairing it with your nfl team.
  2. I don’t think I have seen a single person, say a single good thing about the guy. Very strange thread.
  3. He may start a trend here. How many other veteran guys would be willing to sit out the entire offseason...Stay home while other people put all the hard work in. Roll in to a playoff teams lineup week 17 and have a chance to win 3 or 4 games and get a ring?
  4. Hire a clock management and game time decision specialist to stand next to McDermott during games.
  5. Yeah, 3.5 quarters of garbage time compiling. As soon as the titans got up by 2 scores and made the Ravens ditch their gimmick offense, it was over. The titans let them move it knowing they couldn’t score touchdowns. If anyone watched that game and was impressed by Jackson’s game then idk what to tell you. This thing with Lamar probably has another 6-8 games before he’s RG3’d.
  6. Well Mccaffrey certainly not but Kuechly is getting old. Usually these coaches want “their own guys” and the older veterans are the first to go.
  7. Wouldn’t want to. Luke at MLB, kick Edmunds to WLB, and id think Carolina might be interested in Milano in the trade for Luke. Or you keep them all and will be able to run and cover without using an extra Dback but remaining in a base run stopping defense. Kuechly is one of the best players in the entire league and a coach on the field. Certainly worth the investment.
  8. Hopefully Carolina will be read to get younger and we can look into a trade for Kuechly. A veteran to replace the leadership role that Alexander had but still be a killer on the field. That little extra killer instinct to help us finish teams off.
  9. I just wouldn't pay any FA FB big money. There’s just not enough difference between them and a guy you can get in the draft. Just keep drafting them. Singletary was our best player on offense. You can always just find running backs. That’s why the “older” ones always end up in a standstill during contract negotiations.
  10. You just really don’t need to ever pay Runningbacks. It’s time to realize that. There will probably be 15 good Runningbacks available in the draft after the 2nd round. Just draft another guy in the 3rd or 4th. The only thing you need from a Runningback, is to not be old.
  11. If the Bills take Frank Gore away from Brian Daboll, I can probably live with him...but man I hate the misuse of Singletary all year.
  12. For some reason on nfl network for the “round tables” the little picture in the direct TV guide is Josh Allen ?‍♂️. Maybe it’s starting?
  13. First off, I like Barkley. I’m totally good with him as the backup. But if we are going to look elsewhere, I would want to find a qb that plays a similar style to Allen. So that you don’t have to change the whole offense or game plan, should an injury occurr.
  14. I wonder if the Panthers will be looking to rebuild this thing. If so, I feel like we are 1 or 2 key guys away that could really gives us that edge to Finnish teams off. Wonder if they’d listen to reasonable offers for Kuechly. Slide Edmunds to WLB, where I feel he should have been from the start. Let Luke take over that leadership role that The LorAx had. I know at first it sounds a little silly but I think it really might be a very good idea. Maybe throw them Milano to help their rebuild
  15. Someone needs to sit down and go over game situations and clock management with Josh. That’s not a joke and it needs to happen. He needs to know when you can’t huddle, when you can’t afford to check to a run, when you can’t take a sack, when you throw the ball away and when you can’t rush a fumble with silly runs.
  16. I got to see more from Knox before I’m going to count him here. I most be in the minority. I think he’s made a few nice plays with the ball in his hand but he’s left so many plays on the field. Seems very average to me. Need to see these drops go away before I feel like he’s an important piece.
  17. I think the colts are about done with him. I actually think he’s pretty solid but I think the colts have different feelings. Also wouldn’t surprise me if Luck just decided to come back either.
  18. The pats would probably be interested in trying to get Brissett back and I wouldn’t count them out so long as Belichick is still there. I’d be very excited to go into an offseason with no Brady there though for a change
  19. Man I know we have a good thing going here but I’d love him back.
  20. What is the obsession with Ray Ray Mcloud? The guy sucks. Let it go
  21. I mean, I was joking. It would never happen. But it’s not just a rando 43 year old. It’s the most accomplished player in NFL history. If he was on the Bills, why would you not watch? What if they were winning and ended up with a championship?
  22. I’m not saying it’s a good idea. It was a joke. But if your asking me who would give us a better chance to win: Brady current day, even in a severe decline or Josh Allen? I’m not even going to answer. The guy is literally the greatest QB in NFL history and even in his “down year” threw for more yards then any Bills QB did in their prime. With no WRs. He’s way, way past his great years and probably just about done. (And I was just playing around anyway) But a motivated Brady next year will still be very dangerous. Hopefully he finally leaves the division.
  23. Lol imagine if the Bills gave him 30 mil for 2 years to try and win a super bowl with this defense and let Allen watch and learn?
  24. I want the super bowl panthers offense. Power run game with Allen like a FB playing QB. The name I mentioned was very purposeful
