I think it’s time to get Allen moving again. Last year was great and maybe felt a little to good to be true at times. But teams figure things out about you over the long off-season. What made Josh special was his ability to run like a deer and then also hurt you down field. It would be like if Lamar Jackson could actually pass the ball efficiently outside the numbers. There is no formula for stopping a guy like that. We seem to have fallen into this drop back, pocket passing offense. We are purposely removing an element of Allen’s game. The one that made him the most special IMO. Josh isn’t going to be Drew Brees. Just in the same way you wouldn’t ask Peyton Manning to run the read option, don’t coach the specialness out of Allen. Let him play the game he’s consistently best at and sprinkle in elements of last year’s offense. I would much rather see a hybrid of 19/20. More of the look of the 2019 with the weapons and skill set of 2020. The best of both worlds. Less spread 5 WR throwing every down and more conventional looks, play action and balance. It may not look as good on the stat sheet all the time but that’s when this team is at its best IMO.

Since Milanos rookie year, our defense is night and day different when he’s out there vs when he’s not. (If you didn’t know) And someone asked which of our 2 young LBs was highly drafted and which one was taken in the 5th round …it might be hard to tell.

If he can keep holding onto the ball, McKenzie is an excellent return man. And he actually brings something to the offense. No brainer to keep him and use him there. Roberts wasn’t versatile enough. McKenzie Is a 4 down player. Just have to keep it up with the ball security.

He’s the number 1 reason the drought ended. He will always have a special place in my heart. Absolutely the bill of the 2010 decade IMO

The hilarious thing is the people on WGR continuously say, Greg Roman is holding that team back. He has somehow gotten a QB that can’t pass, to score and win. Roman should be given a statue for the work he’s done with Lamar. I wouldn’t throw more then 7 passes in a game if that guy was my QB.

Dolphin fans should be happy that Brisset might get a look now. Tua is absolutely terrible. His arm is not strong enough to play in the nfl.

I have never felt like last year’s offensive style I’d sustainable. It was just a perfect storm where everything went right. I hate the idea of being in the already constantly and just throwing every down. I know we scored a ton of points last year and it was great….but it’s not sustainable IMO. I have always wanted more balance. To me, we should be way more like the young Cam, Shula Panthers offensively. Josh is a better passer then Cam was so that offense could be amazing with the guys we have. I’d be very interested in blending in some more of the 2019 style with the WRs we have now. Feels like it’s more dependable.

This is ridiculous obviously nobody is going to be unhappy with it so this is probably just fishing for something hin a trollish way. But since we are here, I will lay out a counter offer as I had randomly thought of this the other day….. lets say (god forbid) Josh Allen got hurt 😬 And somehow we won a super bowl playing really good defense and with Mitch Trubitsky. Very similar to the way it happened with Philly. Is there anyway fans would turn on Josh next year and want to roll with Mitch, just because he would then be the only Bills QB to bring a super bowl to Buffalo? again, nothing here is anything I am asking for…nothing I think can or will happen. Josh Allen is my favorite player. No way is this a shot at him. I’m just offering a counter to the OP. Along the same lines as the question of can a Championship bringing out an unexpected fan reaction?
