I love both of these guys. 43/42 just making our defense fun again. Leslie had the most boring, passive, wet blanket predictable defense and Edmunds was an overrated busy. It’s so nice to have McD calling it and these young LBs flying all around making plays.

No matter what anyone thinks about the Pats so far, every week is its own thing. You still have to take this game seriously and anyone can beat anyone in this league. Today is a good day to get the offense back on track but if we mess around and take this game lightly, we are going to be surprised. Keep tackling, fix the drops, get the run game back going and stick with it. Get back to the physicality and offensive consistency we had weeks 2-4. This game won’t be a gimme.

Keep playing good physical defense. Get the run game going early and stick to it. Let Josh use his legs a little and particularly early. When he used to do that, it seemed like the light came on. Let him run for a first down on that first drive and then just blow this teams doors off.

There is not a single fear in what you just said. If were not bringing In a veteran slot WR to help us make a run at a Super Bowl because of bottom end, disposable PS guys…then we have serious issues. The spot he’s taking is of a player that will make zero impact 98% of the time. If Beasley still has something left, he can help us win playoff games. Not concerned over what you said at all.

This team signed Josh Norman last week and people acting like Cole is done…Safe to say he’s got more left then the CB we just brought in. Plus it’s little underneath, shifty get open with your craft stuff for Cole. It’s not as if you losing a step really takes away from that. He’s not beating guys on go routes where you are overly concerned about speed. He’s tuning 6 yards and turning around. I’m sure he can still get open in there.

The guy flashed a little when he got in pre season. I think he might be pretty decent just never really got a chance. Almost no chance he gets one here but I never thought I’d see the day where Murray was getting early carries for us…so you never know. This coach has always been super weird when it comes to RB usage.

People are acting like it’s crazy to think that panthers would trade this guy. Look, just on that point. The Panthers are in a complete rebuild and they aren’t doing anything this year. Teams overvalue draft picks so much in the NFL it’s sickening. This is an older guy that has very few years left and is absolutely not in their long term future plans. They are probably going to be willing to trade anyone over the age of 24 that they can get something for. This coach is going to bring in his own young guys to reshape this offense. I don’t even think the Panthers expected much from Theilen, it’s just that the QB they drafted sucks so bad he only throws to the glorified check down. They absolutely would get rid of him. They might go 0-17 this year. They aren’t saying no to a draft pick for a 33 year old WR that was thrown on the scrap heap. All that being said, no shot we do it. Let’s just not act like Carolina is protecting 33 year olds. They are the worst team in the nfl. Teams act like draft picks are 10x more valuable than they really are. You absolutely could get this guy if you wanted him.

I’d give Cole another shot here. Bring him into the PS, keep him fresh and ready for when we need him. He’s the thing this offense is missing. Even at 75% of what he was, he’s still valuable

You can’t find a bigger zero in the nfl than Carr. The guy has never once been close to good. I can’t believe he has started as long as he has. The saints have good players all over that team. A decent QB and they are contenders to win the NFC. If your QB is Derrick Carr, you are going absolutely nowhere

I don’t think we have the AFL throwbacks this year. I noticed Tre team store selling none. Maybe that’s a hint towards going to 90s next year and the end of 60s throwback

Two straight games of just aggravation from start to finish…it’s been a rough few weeks for us. Obviously you expect to win this game but I bet it’s another close one. That team is too physical and knows us too well to just get destroyed. I’d love it if we just had a comfortable win for a change but I’m certainly not expecting one.

Tickets for this game are super reasonable for a change. That stadium is usually ridiculous…really thinking about making a run

Maybe he was the one saying no. He’s still good. And he’s a great fit in this offense. Hopefully we pull the trigger here. That’s a guy you can add as another receiving threat too. He is a lot better at catching balls out of the backfield then people originally thought.

I like it. This dude can absolutely be a RB1 for us if we use him correctly….now will we? Of course not.

Between the LBs Oliver Rousseau and Floyd…I love this front 7 right now. Go add Surtain at the deadline to lock down the other CB and don’t worry about the Offensive issues. They are more then good enough but this defense could win us the Super Bowl

Josh has to run more. That was our best play for 2+ years. Do not coach the playmaker out of him. That’s what made him incredible.

The pats are going to play physical defense. Dorsey better get his ***** together. No matter how bad they are, they are going to have a good idea of what we want to do. And their Defense is physical.

The linebackers might be real good. Both of these guys can fly. It was touch and go there for a min but we only gave up 9 and no TDs. I like 43/42 out there. That could be a hell of a LB combo going forward. Elam wasn’t horrible. If we get Dane Back it will feel better back there. If we can win games when our offense doesn’t have it, that’s a next level for this team. When was the last time the Bills won a game where the bills scored less then 15 points? Josh’s first year?
