It's the off season, I'm with you man I'll put my big boy pants on when the season starts and go to the games with hope in my eyes but right now I'm in the WTH mode of why of why can't my Bills ever get a big talent at QB the most important position in football.

Trent was a QB not good enough just like Fitz, right on man backup talent being propped up over and over again. It was proven when both players did nothing after the Bills just like what many feel will happen again with our current QBs. Same old excuses year after year but yet we still have the same fans wishing on a mircle then ready to blame everyone else.I want more like many do, draft better talent at QB and increase the odds at having a better talent at QB. If only my racecar could win with this 4 cylinder while everyone else has a V8. After so many years of waiting I really don't care, take one dammit, try for once

Bills fans always wish for a mircle. Would be incredible but how often does a mircle happen and how often does it happen to the Bills. How about the Bills finally get a real plan to draft a top QB prospect for once? How about the Bills doing what good teams do and go after top prospects instead of taking what's left in the draft or other teams backups? I like many want a better shot at getting a franchise type QB and want a plan to draft one at the top of the draft where they are found. We all wish for a mircle but after so many years many including myself see miracles just don't happen enough and when you don't increase your odds at landing a franchise type you will never ever find one. Hey Im in hopes one of these QBs turn to gold but sadly I have been around the Bills long enough to see the same old OBD. No koolaid for me I'm at the liquor store drinking the hard stuff forgetting the 17 years of mircles that never happened. Wake me up when that mircle happens or a top prospect is drafted.

In my opinion next year's draft will dictate this staffs fate. If they stay the Chan route of another teams backup as this teams savior I will expect a new staff and GM in 2019 but if a QB is taken in rd1 in 2018 I will expect brighter days at OBD and this staff sticking around past 3 seasons.

Whaley knew the problem when hired and addressed it with other teams backups that helped this team to the longest loser streak in all of sports. We will see where this new GM goes with QB in next year's draft, I agree until a franchise worthy QB is brought in nothing else matters.

The QB drives the team and so far Buffalos QBs can only drive us to the liquor store.

In my opinion this GM hire shows that if this staff fails the GM will also go.

Tyrod is who he is. Not good enough, maybe someday we can try to make a playoff run like the glory years with a QB we drafted instead of other teams backups.

They may not look like idiots but I don't see more wins because of it. On paper they look like the same team. At best they could match 2015 record and that's not a playoff run it's just a late pic and out of the top QB draft once again.

I don't think he is a better play caller I think Rex just told him to simplify it and just do what he knows Tyrod can do, sadly even that wasn't enough to get the wins.

Wow nice post man right on I agree. I'd also like to add that I feel the run game did better because our WRs went out of there way to help it happen. With Woods gone and Sammy in limbo about how long he will be here while trying to stay healthy all season and a new scheme I don't see our WRs helping as much in the run support. In my opinion this offense isn't going to look as good and Tyrod is going to continue to regress. Just my opinion You do realize that Lynn had to simplify the offense even more for Tyrod and that's why the better teams were able to hold Tyrod in check. I don't think he misread it I think he wanted more throws and just tried real hard to push a round peg in a square hole thinking Tyrod would improve but instead proved Tyrod is what he is a limited QB or what many like to call him, Flacco's backup.

I'd love to see Peterman start over Tyrod but after all that money was spent on Tyrod I doubt it's a option.

They made their bed with Tyrod now they are stuck with him at least another season no team is going to trade for him. In my opinion Tyrod showed who he is when our offense had to be dumbed down in his second season as the starter. I wish they could trade him, sadly nobody even wants to give us a draft pick equal to what we spent to get him. Trent Edwards offense scored too but when it was time to score for the win guess who was on the sideline not good enough, its the same place you will find Tyrod. Not good enough and the league knows it so nobody is spending for that.

Sad but true. I only see 4 wins but that creates the path to a top QB pick next season to start a new dynasty with a real QB talent finally.

Team has needed a better QB since Kelly so I'm sure you can do the math on how many seasons fans have wanted better. This is a thread talking about why fans feel winning isn't happening anytime soon, if you don't want to talk about it go drink the koolaid in another thread. Sucks being miserable, just want to win.

How long has it been since we were in the playoffs? Fans have every right to complain.

Sadly in my opinion many fans are feeling this way. I feel zero excitement for this season and I feel it will be a struggle to even match Rex win loss record and with that once again no playoffs. I feel many fans wanted a QB prospect to look forward to since everyone agrees Tyrod isn't the future but now that it's put off yet again it killed the excitement of a up coming season. I think many fans are worried this new staff will latch on to Tyrod and be as hard headed about this QB as Chan was with Fitz. I have my fingers crossed for a good season but not expecting anything better then the last two since I also had my fingers crossed for a better QB prospect to be brought in. Even though they added a 1st round pick next season can we really trust them to actually pick a QB considering how they have avoided addressing the position with urgency for so many seasons? Will they once again make excuses for Tyrod and blame everyone else for the teams fail? Will they once again fire a coordinator year one? Will the offense once again have to be dumbed down for Tyrod? Is McD going to go down the same failed path as previous staffs? Will McD look 20 years older year two here like our other head coaches did?

Seen a article that New Orleans could take a flyer on him if he goes undrafted but with the run on QBs in my opinion they could just use a late pick on him.
