That Cinci game looked easy till Tyrod showed us what we really have. -

EJ flopped man get over it. It's not the start of the season so he already sat a few. As for our WRs we don't know how they are or can be because our QB can't either connect to them or throw to them. Our line was fine last season I blame the QB for holding the ball way to dam long. I have confidence in the kid he looked very poised in the preseason and his quick release was 10xs fast then anything Tyrod can do. I think Peterman can turn into a KCousins success story. It would be nice to have the luxury to have him sit and learn but having a Tyrod as a starter he needs to be rushed along so he is more ready for next season against our top drafted QB, I want to know he can start while our new rookie sits and learns a few games next season. Just my opinion -

Don't know who your talking to but Tyrod hasn't had one game this season that gave me enough confidence in him to take out NE. Level headed fans know Tyrod is what he is, not good enough. Tyrod plays like backup and he was drafted to be a backup. No such thing as this ruin him garbage. He will learn more playing then sitting on the bench watching a backup play.Did it benefit Tyrod from sitting all those years, if it did I'm not impressed -
What do the Bills do to fix this offense?

Come on man we are just talking about different opinions on the subject on a message board. If you think there is a better solution to fixing the offense talk about it. I never said that my opinion means anything I'm just talking like everyone else posting opinions. I respect your opinions but I just disagree, did I tell you a snarky remark when talking to you? Change at QB would show What we have, if Peterman can make it work with these guys we would know more about them, with keeping Tyrod everyone stinks and they all need replacment so it's like you said why bother it's over. -

Keeping Tyrod as the starter doesn't increase the chances if teams already know how to stop him. This offense is very limited in what they can do with Tyrod as the starter. If the OC wants to play his scheme they won't move the ball enough with Tyrod and in my opinion it will decrease the chance of winning or even moving the chains because of his limitations. Starting a young QB that has a quick release plays right into what this OC is trying to use so you would think that would increase the chance at success. -

He's the best they have? Then it's over already, pack the bags. You dont know what Peterman will do and neither do I. I do know Tyrod isn't good enough and can't play this scheme and I do know Peterman can play this scheme. I'd take the chance and make the change. At least try over just continuing to bang the head against the wall wishing Tyrod can turn into something he is not. I have seen enough of Tyrod to know it was over last season for him. -

Good QBs throw WRs open. When a QB holds the ball and doesn't throw it's all on the QB. The entire offense fails when The QB is a deer in headlights. The QB controls the offense and moves the chains. Teams game plan to stop the run and force Tyrod to Throw? Why? Because it's proven when pushed to be a QB he fails. Your love for a backup QB talent is foolish. Keep pounding that round peg in a square hole and this team will end up where many thought they would this season, 6 wins at best. -

If they don't change QB then why change anything, lets get ready for the draft. -

I don't agree. I think since Tyrod is getting paid bigger money he gets the position by default, QB position is different then DL. MD has plenty of issues and is on his last leg but still can be rotated in unlike with QB that if your the starter you play the entire game no rotations. With Tyrod they will conitnue to make excuses like they did with Fitz because with a QB it's easier to spread the excuses around. They think Tyrods veteran experience will bail him out, sadly he isn't playing like a veteran starter but a veteran backup. A HC has to have the balls to make the change and so far nothing but excuses and another game with Tyrod as the starter, just like the good old Chan days. McD likes to talk about how he is different how they will play who performs, sadly with Tyrod he is just like all the other HCs of years past. QB position is different, live or die by the QB. Sadly we might lose our OC over pushing that square peg. Just my opinion on it. -

How ugly do you think it will be at the stadium if Tyrod plays this next game like his last game? I can hear them screaming his name. Ugly? Ugly is when fans start chanting to want change at the stadium that's when it gets real ugly. This new staff hasn't seen the ugly, sadly it could be right around the corner. Hope he does well but I'm so sick of wishing for a miracle that never happens on this 3 year Tyrod experiment. -

Did you watch the kid play in preseason? Tyrod is the starter because of his contract and his seasoned veteran status, sadly it's not enough for him to play bigger then a backup. He moved the team down the field very well, he made some really nice anticipated throws. He easily outplayed Tyrod in the preseason, easily in my opinion. He is a better fit for this system then Tyrod is. -
I think they are better on offense then what we have seen. Tyrod is playing like a backup and should be replaced if McD is true to replacing players not meeting expectations. No position is safe but here we are week's in watching backup QB play from our starter week after week.

A backup QBs job is to come in and protect the ball, don't do anything stupid, hand it off and run when you have to, exactly what Tyrod has done all season. Tyrod is holding the ball and making the entire offense look bad, everyone is bad when the leader of the offense is bad. If you watched Peterman in the preseason you would have seen what many of us seen the kid makes it happen. We don't know what will happen with Peterman, what we do know is Tyrod is just not good enough. I just hope McD is opening his eyes to it because yesterday should have been a win with what our D and STs did. Tyrod is not going to magicly get better, he is what he is. Not good enough -
He's not a throwing QB exactly why teams are forcing him to be one and why our running game is stalled with them gearing to stop it. So in my opinion what your saying is since he doesn't throw his play is more along the lines of a backup QB. Protect the ball, hand it off and run when you can. Isn't that the time good HCs make a QB change or should they continue to use a veteran QB that refuses to throw? Thad Lewis played more like a starting QB then what we have seen from Tyrod.

Tyrod has done nothing this season but watch the D and kicker win the games. He plays like a backup QB and after yesterday's game if I was a player in that locker room I'd be pushing for a change to save the season. Tyrod was just plain horrible. McD says he plays the players that are playing better but plays Tyrod just because of his contract in my opinion. His experience sure isn't a plus for him if he constantly holds the ball and makes the entire offense look bad. Any backup QB could have put up the numbers Tyrod has this season. Big deal he protects the ball, it's because he never throws it. -

Yes I honestly do, in fact in my humble opinion Peterman would have already had a 300 game or 2 unlike Tyrod having problems even hitting 200. In my opinion Peterman would have capitalized on those turnovers against the Bungles. -
Just like you absolutely don't know that but under a opinion..... I would give it a shot with Peterman rather then do the bang the head against a rock trying to prove Tyrod is more then what he is like Chan did with Fitz. I honestly truly think Peterman could have easily duplicated what Tyrod has done this season. In fact I think he would have already had a 300 game or 2 as well.

He will, QBs are in big demand expect them to go fast in my opinion

No Roman was a master at the run scheme it worked great year one to bad it wasn't enough with a bad defense. Rex and Pegs wanted a throwing offense to compliment the running game so they had Roman make a scheme for Tyrod to throw more. It failed bad and he got fired. Lynn took over and had to simplify it for Tyrod to throw it while keeping Romans running game going. It worked for a while but the good teams figured out how to stop it all they had to do was put everything at stopping the run and make Tyrod be a QB. Baltimore made sure everyone knew what they did. Now the same system to stop Tyrod is what teams are using, stop the run and make him be a QB. Just my opinion on it.

SAL M: Bills WRs have no business being starters.
xRUSHx replied to JM2009's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sad but true. It's everyone else's fault that Tyrod cant see wide open receivers so he gets sacked Some truly are that blind. A QB that has trouble hitting 200 goes to the SB and wins it. Sure, I want what he is smoking. -
The QB class coming up always gets blasted on, this class is very good if the Bills miss out on this one as well they deserve to forever be a joke.
-
He would have been starting already here, stupid to pass on him to keep Tyrod.
-
Lynn did a good job of covering it up for Tyrod and the running game, sadly it wasn't enough for a playoff run because teams know how to stop it now. It's not the scheme it's the QB trying to run it. It's time for a QB change to a QB that can run it, one that can see wide open WRs.

Right on man Name calling really? We know you don't like anything bad said about Tyrod but the name calling is out of hand.
